  • @juanchonism Honestly by keeping a healthy lifestyle it helps your metabolism. I do get all my fruits and veggies, but I also eat pasta/bread everyday. I try to stay away from grease/sugar. But as long as you are staying active , carbs are great!

    there are lots of people who like it and others who don't and so it is for all the rest you do in your life :)

    You do it great, believe me!

    but try to place your camera a bit wider so that the person who is watching your video also sees your feet for example (for some exercices it's also important to know how to place them)

    & I really really like the fact that you combine two exercises (legs+ arms)

  • @emilywarawa Hey! I normally do 10 reps and 3 sets of everything. For toning you want to keep any weight low but high reps so anywhere between 8-12. For bulking up you want higher weight/intensity and lower reps. Thank you so much for your kind comments :)

    I just have a few questions. when you're doing the exercises, is there a certain rule or pattern for breathing? for instance the squats with weights, do you breathe out going down and in going back up? and also, do you have to suck in your stomach when doing these exercises?

  • @litz45 Do what your body is comfortable with.. but a little more. I wouldn't do toning more than once a day.. you could add in a cardio workout.. but don't tone twice a day :)

  • @M0mmys3girls Honestly it depends on the week. Sometimes I might do once a week and sometimes it could be 5 days. I try to do as much toning and conditioning as I can with my time. But I live a fairly active lifestyle so I feel like I'm burning calories throughout my activities even when I'm not "working out" per say. Hopefully this helps! Bottom line you need to train yourself to push a bit past your limits to see results, but you don't have to kill yourself everyday! :) Thank you for watching!

  • @Ph33rS0m3 I know exactly what you mean, I have difficult motivating myself sometimes as well. Little things you can do are, when you are watching tv or something, you could do crunches during every commercial, or run up the stairs when you are home rather than walk. As for a full out workout... it helps to set out time for going to the gym or whatever you are going to do. So even if it is twice a week, it's better than nothing. Motivation is different for everyone. Visualize your goal! :P

    My plan for awhile was to do a series focusing on different areas..also more problem areas that are harder to tone (like arms). Along with cardio to burn fat to show the muscles.Unfortunately I haven't been making any work out videos at all for the past couple of months.

    I am living in a single dorm room now,so I have no space to do workout videos,lighting is very poor,and there is always hallway noise.Expect one in the future!

  • @TheLadyYuMi Hey! Thank you for your comment :) I used to workout regularly, but as life goes on it's hard to find the time. So I do variations of that work out 2-3 times a week. Cardio then right after weights and such. Not sure what song you like, but the songs are Rock Right now-Black eyed peas, DJ got us falling in love- Usher, Hypnotize me-Biggie, Dynamite- Taio Cruz
