  • at 2.21 3 truck! RIP PADDY BROWN!

  • It's a rare breed of man who instinctively rushes into a situation such as this. We lost 343 of that breed on 9/11/01. God rest their brave souls. I believe every one of them knew their fate that horrible day and perished so that others may live. I am in awe of that kind of courage. I do not posess it.

  • Support the Sept 11th 2001 Discovery Project.

  • this is why im becoming part of the FDNY

  • These men are truly "The Bravest." Words can not describe what these men did that morning. The people leaving the building in fear of their lives as the bravest were charging past them fearlessly up the stairs. Amazing. "Remember 343", they saved over 25,000 and more people that morning. Thank You

  • @Foam219

They were French not Italian just to let you know.

  • Engine 10 was smart by trasmitting the 10-60

  • Rescue 2 Martin Quappe Lake Libertti Napolitano Rall and O' Rourke RIP Brothers

  • 3:24 Squad 18 officer made a very smart decision in wanting Manhattan to inform all units that it could be a terror attack, I'm sure not to many people were thinking that at the time, but that officer was definitely thinking and listening when Battalion 1 transmitted that the plane was aiming towards the building during his transmission starting at 2:38

  • "Batallion1 to Manhattan...." at 2:38. That fire officer with his impending report was with the two Italian brothers that captured the only video of the first plane. If you watch on "F.D.N.Y. 9/11" (it's on youtube, in 11 parts) that entire sequence can be seen. Very compelling and worth your time....

  • @Foam219 chief Pffipher or i dont know how to spell his name sorry is Battalion 1 at that time with the initial report

  • My God..This is Deep ..10 years and I can hear it in thier Voices...and See Below how they? got us to Fight amongst ourselves...The Troops are heroes..But the First True Victims at the site of the Attack were the FireFighters..Sorry if I offend,Cause I would Be OFFENDED..THIS BETTER NOT HAVE BEEN WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. Damn Conspiracy. If AMERICANS CAUSED THIS ALL THIS.US GOING TO IRAQ.U.S. GOING INTO AFGHANISTAN.Call me a Kook.I AM LOOKING OUT FOR AMERICANS..the Real ones.including Muslims!

  • I'm a Vol Fire Fighter in Vermont. God bless my brothers and sisters that died on that day.

"When a person becomes a firefighter the greatest act of bravery has been accomplished. What the person does after that is all in the line of work."

    ~Edward F. Croker

  • thanks for this. This is very valuble history.

  • the guy on engine one is a hero

  • i will never forget.god bless all who died especialy NYFD NYPD

  • It's very haunting to hear these voices..some that are not with us anymore. God bless their families and all those who did survive just to live with memories of those that were close to them that perished. Some of you are still living that day over and over. Just bear in mind that you will prevail and God is your daily strength.

  • wasnt there responders who made it to the roof and the impact site?

  • Saddest thought is our POTUS endorses a Mosque just blocks. A Mousque where the iman blames America and supports Al Qaida and The Taliban.

You men and women gave your life. Your President, does not care.

  • @brunosdad1 I agree totally there is alot of places in NYC to place a mosque!! This is only another way to slap New Yorkers in the face. I really hope that you vote out Bloomburg he is useless. He only wants to placate to the Muslims! Oh and if I hear that it is a religion of peace I will vommit. He is only agreeing with this so he will get re elected.

  • the part where you mentioned that some of the people you will hear didn't survive really hit home the fact that they carried out their job.

  • @Futurefirefighter99 Amen. Well said.

  • NEVER forget the men and women from the company's that responded on this scary day. Continue to pray for all the men and women in the Fire Departments today also. Stay Safe!!

  • Battalion 1 was Battalion Chief Joseph Pfiefer, who was out checking a gas leak when AA11 crashed into World Trade Center 1 (north tower). Jules Nadet was shooting video and caught the impact. Pfiefer and Nadet were in Tower 1 when Tower 2 collapsed, and both survived that and Tower 1 collapse later on.

  • Otherwise, the FDNY were asked to give the ultimate sacfrise, and they did.

  • Did anything really change from that day? No, It accually got worse, we got the Usa Patriot Act, Insurance companies not giving a FUCK about anyone, just lining there damn pockets while my mom needs a new insulin pump that alerts here when your blood suger gets to low, since she cant tell when its coming on, but no! Mr sociopath CEO of big health insurance company make billions of dollars a year and tells me and my family, FUCK YOU, and FUCK OFF while i buy a corporate jet.

  • is this full length, no cuts?

  • never forgotten 343!!

  • They were casualties of a absurd war may they rest in peace.

  • never forget the men from every companey that responded RIP 343
