IMO, if a 30 day challenge member is suffering serious self-doubt and limiting thoughts, then a visit to a qualified NLP practitioner is probably required.
A DIY approach would be to get a self-confidence course: Anthony Robbins if you like the American approach of hours of mind-numbing nagging but the info is buried in there somewhere; or the more concise and European style of Paul Mckenna's- Mind Programming CD and Instant Confidence book combo.
although I get the point of your advice, I have to say they are very simplistic, and not much help for most people.
You and I know that limiting thoughts are damaging and that we should ignore them. Most people don't know were those limiting thoughts come from, and don't know why they should let them go. This is clearly lacking in your presentation. So, great video in essence, but there is a need for more depth.
Nice, succinct video Karl and just reinforces the point that a thought is just a thought - it's how one chooses to react to that thought that's important ie, it's only as real as you choose to make it!
Thanks as always for the videos Karl....however one thing that I did notice.....you've gotta water your wilting plant!! - remember what you said yesterday - 'don't procrastinate'!! :))
One thing I always do if an "I can't..." comes into my head is change it to "how can I..." This usually seems to help me, Remember a problem is really just a challenge... there is always a way around it.
I have no limitation except one.The equipment which goes dead while listening to he Videos. The word I can't or will not does not exist in my vocabulary.I learned this while being shot and bombed.

"I can't" either means "I won't" or "I don't know how".
