can i just say to the people discussing the use of languages that even though i do not understand a word of what daniel is singing i still adore this song because it sounds fantastic how he sings it. the same way i enjoy listening to people singing in other languages such as welsh, icelandic, german, danish, swedish and so on. you do not have to understand a song in order to like it. daniel has done an amazing job with this song so enjoy it :)

(: You're right, english is the international language and it has its positive aspects that the sungs are mostly sung in english so everybody can get into the music and the lyrics. but I've no problem then i don't understand the lyrics from the first moment i hear the song. This is possibly my favorite song from all Eurovision Song Contests ever held. I know it only finished place 15 in 2010, but I always liked it much better than the other trendy perfomances you see all too often, especially this year in 2011.
