I went on this track last week, its in ourimbah state forest. at 4.58, in stead of going up that steep track, if you kept continuing on there is an awesome hill/rock climb at the end, heading back up towards the main track through the forest! nice vid tho!
Im with you saabz2000. My S2A would have made it through those sections --- but that could have something to do with the fact I dont give a stuff about it. My Disco would have a better chance due to tyre selection.
Driver training is a good Idea, I'm going to do mine soon.
Ah, yes... but thats the benefit of the Patrol owner being video editor... as I said in the description, the second hill wasnt really the discos fault. However, I'm sure the disco owner will agree that mine is the better car - but its also newer and probably isnt as good on the road. Be more interesting if the disco had some more ground clearance.
We've been out again, but I'm not posting that video to save the disco owner some embarrisment. Im sure he will get back some credit at some point!
1) Both of you need to go on a 4x4 driver training programme
2) Tyre choice
3) My 50 year old S2a Land Rover would have performed better
4) Put the shorts away!
5) There must be something wrong with the disco (and or the driver)
6) The Patrol needs to be about 4 to 5 feet shorter to qualify as a proper off roader.... lets face it, ITS FAR TOO BIG! It belongs in a desert not up a mountain
its not the car must be the driver for sure

Well, some points obviously need to bemade here:
1) Both of you need to go on a 4x4 driver training programme
2) Tyre choice
3) My 50 year old S2a Land Rover would have performed better
4) Put the shorts away!
5) There must be something wrong with the disco (and or the driver)

7) The Patrol is also obviously a TOORAK TRACTOR
