I was pretty sure that was an unauthentic hadith made by a Sufi. Muslims want to change the religion in order to fit the likings of the kuffar (non Muslims). Islam is NOT a religion of pacifism. Oh and by the way, what is "Palestinian Lands"? I dont see any refrence to a country named "Palestine" in the history. Can you help me find one? All i see in the history books is that the UN announced two countries, one for israel and one for palestinians in 1948. Jewish people were very happy with the decision but he arab countries (Egypt,Syria,Jordan and lebanon) did not like it , So they started a war against israel and they lost. Hamas wants to create an islamic holy land (Wakaf) and kill every jew and israeli they can. Launching cruise missiles into a Palestinian apartment building is not self defense.
If Israel truly wanted peace they would dismantle all of the settlements in Palestinian lands and completely close the border.
However this is not what Israel wants; their true aim is to eradicate the Palestinians from their homes; its a land grab.

Israel is doing a very good job of killing innocent men, women and children. Who are living on lands they want to steal. Through intimidation, threats and more illegal settlements.
The spread of the internet has opened up to the world about the reality of the conflict.

This is not justification for anything. This is a specific topic that I am discussing. America commits political suicide every era by supporting a nation which is a modern apartheid.
This is not a conflict about Islam or Judaism. This is a conflict between the Israeli government and the Palestinian organizations.
The core issue as many political science professors say is the construction of illegal settlements in Palestinian lands.
To add anything to that is diverting the issue.

It is also interesting to note that the PBS ombudsman was flooded with complaints about the series favouring the neo-con agenda after one episode featured an unchallenged monologue by Richard Pearle. I felt this inclusion gave the series some tentative balance, given that neither liberals nor conservatives wholly accept it.

Not surprisingly, this piece prompted Fox to predictably accuse PBS of a "liberal bias". It sensationalised the fact that Burke's documentary was left out for understandable reasons by broadcasting it with the prefix "Banned" -- this from a network notorious for "banning" any convincing critiques of US foreign policy.

While there were many interesting clips of Islamist extremists, I can understand why this was left out of the series "America at a Crossroads". If anybody bothered to watch all the episodes, they would have seen much more convincing arguments made by Muslims opposed to acts of terror in the name of Islam. While the series also explored terrorist attacks in Europe and elsewhere, Martyn Burke's documentary seemed somewhat narrow and out of context, feeding people's hatred of Muslims in general.

For a so called documentary about moderate Muslims, there sure is a lack of such in this film. From the name of the film you would expect an understanding of another culture/religion and how we can bridge that gap. Instead, this film only inflames the current idea that all Muslims are bad Muslims. Worse, it gives moderate Muslims an excuse to do nothing.
