download 1.50eboot.pbp by searching google. and then rename it to update.pbp and use wherever u want to use

yes u can format it manualy by goin to my computer and then right click ur removable disk and press format.

when you open the command box just drag the mspformat.exe file directly to the command (DOS) Screen and then just type drive letter and enter.
