if you tank him all the way to the right between the two piles then adds will not spawn from that side giving you more time to kill scrapbots/dps the heart

This kill was done in week 1 of Ulduar before anyone knew anyhting.

It's not about "stupidity" guys, it's about killing things early before everything is known about them.

accidently did hardmoed on our 3rd attempt to clear him and cleared it O_o

had a unholy dk tank pick up pummelers a feral tank on xt

we let the bombs run to xt, had the pummelers tanked within range of healers and able to lay a DnD down on the scrapbots when they came but our main concern was burning down xt, most of the time we let the scrapbots reach xt

had a druid healer, holy pally, and holy priest

6k dps is normal on xt, well for people who had best-in-slot pre-ulduar due to the heart phase where you were doing double damage

This was on live, not PTR.

This was from our first week in Ulduar so no one had really anything from T8.

If I get it right, you using your other spec to buff Focus magic and then switch to FFB spec? Or? I really wanna know because I got a mage myself :P

Yeah there's instructions on my site, if you just go to stratfu it's there on the front page (may have to scroll down a bit.)

As far I know TTW/Fireball spec > FFB spec.

Not when you respec, cast focus magic on each other, and then spec back.

FFB with focus magic > TTW/Fireball :).

And that's what we're doing.
