I will say that the 96-99GTS..top 3 looking cars all time and a perfect candidate for some boost with it's all forged low compression motor. What color is yours? the blue with white stripes is my favorite.

@VIPBullseye I think you are off on the pump gas comment. 600-700 rwhp maybe with meth, but definitely not 1,000 rwhp on pump gas. This is why they offer different maps for pump and race gas. It isn't going to happen because it requires far too much boost. A Z06 does it with less than 15 psi. I could be wrong and would be interested in seeing a pump gas dyno of 1,000 rwhp. Not that I would be upset with 600 rwhp.

Actually it is 12 years old almost 13...It does 0-60 in 4.1 seconds1/4 mile in 12.2 stock...I added smooth tubes which is another 10 hp and gutted it to make it lighter. The Z06 did have a passenger...so...let's say my viper can do a 1/4 mile in 12.0 and the Z06 in 11.7. With his fat passenger...11.9. I'd say that's pretty even race. I got a slight jump on him too. Don't get me wrong, I thought he would catch me and pass but didn't. True story, but whatever. You should get your own car.

Brother-in-law has an M3, I've got a 2009 Z06. The interior isn't much worse then the M3.
He doesn't have bluetooth I do. Doesn't have a HUD I do.
Best of all I have almost double the Hp, and in the turns he can't pull more then .82G, at the track I do three laps while he's still trying to get done with his second lap.
Only problem is, the M3 is the whole package. The z06 is basically just for this, passing everyone. And IMO is just an overpriced fast chevrolet, nothing out of this world.

Actually it is 12 years old almost 13...It does 0-60 in 4.1 seconds1/4 mile in 12.2 stock...I added smooth tubes which is another 10 hp and gutted it to make it lighter. The Z06 did have a passenger...so...let's say my viper can do a 1/4 mile in 12.0 and the Z06 in 11.7. With his fat passenger...11.9. I'd say that's pretty even race. I got a slight jump on him too. Don't get me wrong, I thought he would catch me and pass but didn't. True story, but whatever. You should get your own car.

Awesome video I have had a 2007 M6 for almost a year love it, just picked up a 2008 Z06 love it more then the M6, the Z06 is a sick car :}

Brother-in-law has an M3, I've got a 2009 Z06. The interior isn't much worse then the M3.
He doesn't have bluetooth I do. Doesn't have a HUD I do.
Best of all I have almost double the Hp, and in the turns he can't pull more then .82G, at the track I do three laps while he's still trying to get done with his second lap.
It's like comparing a Yugo to a STi.
