Charles Chaplin is the greatest filmmaking genius of all time. Writer, actor, music composer, producer, director...phenomenal talent and his films are timeless. Thanks for having the entire speech. Most cutoff just before he says "Hannah." And I doubt the individual below will read this ever, but this was solely of Chaplin's creation. He was not under anyone's control. He did spread propoganda. If publicly expressing distaste for the way one man runs a country is propoganda, then we are both guilty of it. We all are.
