And by "almost works", I mean about as well as Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture" or Mussorgsky's "Night on Bald Mountain" would in the same commercial. The original Rossini piece used in the commercial IS bombastic, but it's also highly whimsical. Again, you missed the point.
