I am keen to know more info on diet plan programs - I have been using a handful of DietOramy surplus fat reduction plan regime (identified it on Google) for many time now and I'm certainly losing weight and am ecstatic of it!
I have stumbled upon DietOramy diet (you will find it on Google) - that weight loss regimen is quite simply awesome, I 'm not even depriving myself and I am in spite of everything reducing excess weight - the secret is in various sorts of meals, definitely not in calories...
i went on the 500 calories diet and i did lose weight fast, i lost about 12lb in a month but i was so unhealthy and had no energy, once i thought i was slim enough to eat normal again that's when i started to put on 3 STONE! when you do this diet your metabolism rate lowers A LOT. i put on 3 stone in one year! now im trying everything to lose this weight!
Your hazy feeling is definitely from the caloric deficit alone. It sounds like you're under medical supervision, but I would strongly recommend eating at least 1,200 calories in a day (near your basal metabolic rate) so that your body doesn't lose as high of a percentage of the weight from muscle. If you start feeling cold all the time, chest pains, or frequent head rushes, it's a sure sign that you need to eat more even if the weight loss will take longer. Good luck and stay healthy!
Im abt 5'3 tall, i take 726 calories of food a day and when i do ma work outs i loose about 362 calories so i basically have 364 calories a day im not sure if thts good enough?? but i hope i become 110 lbs (pounds) or 50 kgs in about 6 month.
This is a BS diet, its very hard to live on a diet of 500kcals. My older brother tried this even though i warned him not too, the sucker didnt last 3 days and quit. He spent a lot of money and now he doesnt have a care in the world and started to overeat again.
You could actually experience the effects of this diet just by dividing your normal 3 meals (assuming you eat 3 meals a day) into 6 portions. By your 3rd portion, your stomach will be attacking you; not a good idea to eat in small portions, you'll just end up lightheaded and starving.
500 calories a day? r u kidding me? how about do some research, and eat properlly. find your macros, follow them, and work out. appetite suppresent? have fun losing your weight while its fun. but unless you plan to take this HCG whatever for the rest of your life, youre gonna go back to the same shitty eating habbits u had before, and be right back at square 1.......proper nutrition > drugs
@bldaviseiu true 500 calories isnt healthy. i completely agree with you but i think the 500 calorie thing is supposed to last a week or so. then after that week you continue taking the pill and the injection and start adding small amounts of starches and sugars o your diet without having only 500 calories. i tried the diet for 2 days and lost 4 pounds but its to hard for me. so i decided to keep taking the injection an pill but eating healthier and more than 500c. a normal diet is about 1000 c?
@javier032492 i dunno man. pills? injections? 500 cals (even if for a short period of time)? sounds like a fad diet, with anorexia, and steroids all mixed into one lol. 1000 cals if normal? no way man. look up a metabolic rate calculator, that will tell u how man cals ur body burns at rest a day (roughly), normal diets are around 2500-3000 cals a day. and if your losing more than 2 or 3 lbs a week, its either water weight and not real body fat, or it is body fat and its unhealthy.
@javier032492 another thing overweight people dont think about it using these fad diet systems, is if u lose all the weight in a very fast period of time, youre gonna have a lot of strtch marks and loose skin. and that is hard to get rid of.

Phentreme is fine as long as you are taking it alone, it was the combination of 2 drugs that were reccomended not to be taken together that caused the problem for people. Good luck
clearly most of you dont know abt the human body...you do realize if ur obese 500 cal will be fine....and you wont gain weight back if you ease back onto a new healthier diet..the 500 cal isnt permanent its a boost to the healthier lifestyle...9/10 you wont die...youll eat first....unless yore already skinny...

The reason why you can last on 500 calories with HCG is that the hormone is signaling to your brain to burn fat for fuel in the absence of calories. I have done HCG and it kills your hunger. While HCG will cause rapid weight loss its not a "cure" for obesity, there is no such thing. The only way to keep the weight from coming back is exercising regularly and eating quality food.

low calorie diets are really bad for you. You need about 1500 calories a day for your body to function properly, you'll lose a lot of weight at first with what you're doing but later you might experience things such as hair loss, depression, low body temperature, feeling week, feeling hungry, SLOWER METABOLISM, etc. Also, once you go back to a regular diet your body will be more hungry than before you started the low cal diet and it'll tell you to eat A LOT and you will be way worse than before
i dont wana be a buzz kill but loseing weight takes not lower calories but dont eat empty calories. eat dinner earlier due to digestion when standing or sitting u want to try to stay erect laying down to sleep slows it so try eating less empty calories eat dinner earlier and make sure u got all the vitamins and minerals u need. do what u will but if u do what u are doing u will just double the weight u lost. research it.

this is a bad idea .... you should get on a real plan and work out to burn ur cals not try to live on 500 cals a day ... u can do alot of damage to ur body - there is no fast way to get inshape ... work out eat right and give it TIME !!!!!

I have not taken any appetite suppressants while taking HCG. As HCG is the suppressant. The things I have heard about what you are taking, haven't been good! I don't understand why they would want you to take that, when HCG already takes the appetite away. Do your homework, listen to your Mom, be careful. Good luck!

I never in a million years thought that I'd be able to be satisfied with just an apple for breakfast, but after a couple of days I was. I cut mine up into about 12 slices, and eat it slowly. You could also make a smoothie with frozen strawberries, water, and stevia--that is my favorite breakfast as it is very filling. Hang in there!

you need 1200 calories a day! You won't keep this up for ever and when you go back to a normal calorie intake, you will gain weight.
You will suffer from bone fragilising + you won't be able to get all your nutriments, vitamins and etc. from 500 calories.

After 2 or 3 days the HCG will wipe out your hunger and you will have to make yourself eat. I would stop the apptite suppressant.
