case closed is/was one of the longest running anime shows in japan comparable to the simpsons. it is a good show just did not get the following in the U.S. I am told reminds me of scooby doo or filmore from the united states only better

There are still other shows that are far longer that are ongoing in Japan, but Case Closed is getting up there in episodes. It's on 549 and the manga is on chapter 708 with no end in sight. It's still a fun watch/read, though.

it's suposed to be cheaper or whatever but since they are releasing it someplaces are making the older ones cheaper.The only difference is price so if u have it don't bother buying it again.
