Isn't It a Pity - George Harrison con subtitulos

Does anyone know whether reposting songs such as this beautiful piece by George Harrison, will result, under the new internt ACTA and SOPA or PIPA legislation, in a website being shutdown?

I posted a few blogs and used some Youtbe songs as background music

One is titled :

The Law of Abundance - Woollam

Just do a net search on that title

What happens to websites which have used copyrighted music on blogs, and which may criticize Government foreign policy and sinister war policies? Shut down?
