Wow great job working out! You look amazing. Anyway in my opinion I think you should tell your kids up front ASAP. Never lie to your kids of keep secrets from them, they're family. Plus you don't want them to grow up resenting you for not telling them sooner or whatever. Well good luck dude, with whatever you decide.

This is probably too late but I wanted to share something. I have a younger brothe age 5 that I had to come out to. One of the things I did was i explained to him that his daddy had a beard, and a deep voice, cause he was a boy, and mommy had a high voice, and no beard, because she was a girl. and then I explained that instead of being like mommy I wanted to be like daddy so I was going to the doctors and the doctor was going to help me do that

I have kids too - at 2 and 4 the best thing to do is keep it simple :) I told mine that I'm basically a boy on the inside but my outside looks like a girl, and they can deal with that no problem. My youngest is 4 and the biggest deal for him is knowing that no matter what my gender, I am still always here for him and still doing all the parent things I have always done (he still calls me mum, but that will probably change). So if you let your kids know that, you will probably be ok :)Good luck!!
