Guys - Everyone (unless you have handicaps or injuries of course) can perform Free Running, or Parkour (depends on which you prefer) - All about practice.

I myself perform Parkour, and would never in my life do freerunning, as flips and stuff just ain't my thing. But, Parkour has really gotten to me, and I really love it. - All about practice, guys.
