I use betfair literally everyday, but the interface is insulting. I would rather have options like a faster refresh rate and a countdown timer to the race your looking at. I'm sure a lot more people would try the exchange out if the minimum bet was lower, like 25p or 50p. Make the interface friendly to the masses and in a way they feel they are getting a good deal. In general I appreciate the betfair service and that people are trying to improve it.
