  • i hope this music comes back again pleaseeeee oh darling come back we all love u old timeing music come back

  • how awesome to hear this version! love it! thanks for posting.

  • guy guys guys, the song "hello goodbye" had no meaning when it was written... it was simply paul showin his friend whos name escapes me when he was asked "how can you write so many amazing songs" pauls reply was "writing a pop song is easy, ill say a word, you say the opposite" hello-goodbye, yes-no, stop-go, etc just shows how genius they were, truly masters of the art of songwriting

  • @cynmeneguel. Dude hello goodbye is basically a combo of true love maybe if you'd lose your frikin constant thinking of sex and actually think about the Beatles song lyrics you would understand. And of course you would pick to example like a virgin what meaningful lyrics are those. Back to hello goodbye #1 it was genius #2 it's like Katy perrys hot n cold but with real lyrics #3 it describes how when your with someone you love you stride for greater things likethe lines "you say why and I say

  • @cynmeneguel I pity you, you poor, sad excuse of a human being. You need help, I can see that. Madonna? Please, if you're going to talk about that musical failure, wrong video. But at the same time I congratulate you on being able to write, as that is rare in such an undeducated figure such as yourself. Work on your capital letters though. Back to the lunatic asylum with you then!

  • i love them so much , jagdakjfhak fuck yeah!

  • @cynmeneguel

Dude you're gonna get shot saying those kinds of things.

    Dumbshit.

  • Oh, darling, darling, darling, help these people understand that the Beatles are the best, please dont let me dowwn.

  • This version is terrible.

  • @cynmeneguel

You might want to go into a hole and shrivel up...

  • ahh the stoned version :D

  • @cynmeneguel You have a lot to learn about music mate.

  • @cynmeneguel and @everyone else....

Stop lashing out at this poor bugger.....Don't u all see he has a serious problem....Cmon people be kind....he just compared George michael and madonna to the beatles......He needs help not ur unkind words

  • @cynmeneguel YOURE AN IDIOT.

  • @cynmeneguel Are you serious or is that a joke?

  • @cynmeneguel

The significance and soul of "Hello Goodbye", to me, is an invitation to the sunny side of things. With upbeat tempo and lyrics, the song spreads smiles by saying "Hello" to ALL people in a way that is friendly but not so nerdy or weird. It ought to be noticed that the Beatles played their instruments and wrote their songs in addition to singing them.

Do not spread such false information about the Beatles. You will regret it.

  • @cynmeneguel BECAUSEYOU'REIGNORANTYOUPROBABLYDON'TKNOWYOU'RESTUPIDANDIDON'TKNOWWHATITISTHATMAKESYOUSTUPIDBUTITREALLYWORKS!

  • I never liked this song until i heard this version! great!!

  • Cute picture. :D

  • john...yep

  • How many people think that John could have sung it better, cause he thought he should have sung it. Just wanna see

  • I love to sing this song

  • Wow this is a gem--great piece of history!

  • Love it! Sounds like the very first time doesn't it? You can still hear how incredible the song is, even in it's infancy.

  • Hugs from Brazil

  • @cynmeneguel you bastard, man

  • @cynmeneguel

Beatles dont Lip-sync at the superbowl.

  • @cynmeneguel Madonna? SUCKS

  • @cynmeneguel Good looking plastic she's over 50 years old...LOLincentaire

  • @cynmeneguel

My daughter regretfully informs you that...The world hates you and you're adopted.

The Beatles are timeless, even a 13 year-old can see this.

  • @MrsBurns219 I liked that comment. That was cute, that was cute

  • @MrsBurns219 smart daughter ya got there ..huggs

  • @cynmeneguel you're a complete IDIOT!!!! The Beatles, along with George Martin, REVOLUTIONIZED music in the 60's!!! They did things that were never done before in music. Get your head out of your ass and do some serious research on the music industry.

  • @leigh41168 my dear friend, i do recognize their contribution but IN THE 60'S!!! For heavens sake, can't anyone undertand my point??

  • @cynmeneguel

Oh dear. Do you not understand the concepts of history and legacy?

And relevance? I'd maybe see your point if no-one listened to The Beatles anymore, but that is clearly not the case.

Do me a favour, go away and listen to Abbey Road, and come back when you've grown up.

  • @cynmeneguel Madonna doesn't put much emotion into her singing. The Beatles are soulful because they are so natural and not computer generated like EVERYTHING nowadays and just because they were in the 60s doesn't mean they aren't good now. Bullshitter

  • @cynmeneguel Wow, You just tried to compare Mandonna to the Beatles? You do know that the Beatles can play any instrument in the world? Oh and how Mandonna doesn't write her own songs? oh and as far as looking good... those manly arms she has aint sexxy, but I can see why you would think she is. You probably want to be wrapped up in her man arms right now. Besides all that Paul's solo show is the #1 rated show in the world and that's by himself. Enjoy your Mandonna...

  • @cynmeneguel The Beatles Talent were everything compared to the shit we have today, Just there everything is better, to think they sung about love and peace, today we sing about sex and losing that "Girl" The Beatles had bigger points, and Better music

  • @cynmeneguel Don't freak out after the shell cracks open and you are hatched.

  • I just love this vibe,Thanks for posting::

  • What an awesome demo! Paul said he was kinda trying a 50's style and this demo pulls it off.

  • Is this a 12 bar blues? Any musicians out there?

  • @irishace11 not a 12 bar.....

  • @irishace11

No. 12 Bar blues consists of only three chords (usually E, A & B) in a 4/4 timing such as other Beatles numbers: Twist & Shout / Money.

Oh Darling is much more musically varied, using major and minor chords throughout, but I can see why you thought that - it does have a 50's bluesy style.

  • i dont know what the world saw in these ugly guys... nothing that great!

  • @cynmeneguel You know the songs that you hear?If these two ugly guys didn't existed, the song that you hear would never exist, because more than half of bands from all over the world were inspired by The Beatles.

  • @cynmeneguel I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU THINK IS "GREAT"

  • @cynmeneguel its the music it has more soul then anything after mid 80s and people back then revered substance in song writting rather then a "catchy beat" teens do nowadays

  • @cynmeneguel I feel sorry for you, you poor soul.

  • Jesus the screamy bit is an utter disgrace, fuck.

  • Johnoshaugh I don't think you listen to enough of The Beatles

  • I always thought it would have been beautiful if john and paul had traded off verses on this one. the searing quality of john's voice suits this tune well.

  • this song touches me in many ways and after reading these comments i am beggining to realize that the shorthand i use may not be good at all. I am a 13 year making a full transformation into a 63 year old :)

  • this doesn;t sound like the beatles

  • Classic !!!!

  • i kinda like it more than the original

  • quando estão construindo uma música eles vão colocando sintonia, arranjos, etc. Criação artística pura!

  • OOoOh...this is yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy..♥

  • Oh Donna! by 10cc was a tongue-in-cheek tribute to this.

  • loud this is very good two thumbs......

  • You may be right, but that's why I think it would be great to hear it from Paul rather than believe anything that pops up on YouTube.

  • @revorfrankrising -- your grasp of the english language is an inspiration indeed...thank you so much for posting your well-thought out review. Please, never stop sharing your words of wisdom...

  • Oh Not this parer of cunts give us a brack They wher just a pere of twat

  • @trevorfrankrising Smooth.

  • @trevorfrankrising wew I fik dat ewe ar an retard and eed to row a prair of testicles

  • this sounds like a wings song

  • Great classic track...

  • If Paul could help put together a collection of great outtakes with comments for posterity, that would certainly be greatly appreciated by everyone both now and in the future because the Beatles represent a high point in rock in the same way Beethoven did for symphonies, Michelangelo for sculpture, etc. and fans and musicologists will be studying them far into the future.

  • @artpenta I agree completely. How cool would that be

  • It would be great if we could get a collection of outtakes put together with Paul's stamp of approval so we could see how the Beatles evolved songs towards their final cuts. But when you get them from underground sources you can't trust what you are getting and you may be obfuscating the matter and confusing yourself more than gaining illumination.

  • Two thirds through this recording it stops sounding like them at all. What's the source of these audio tapes? The backup voice in particular does not sound like John in the least. How can you verify it's them?

  • @artpenta I believe it's Paul throughout, just that he goes into a wider range than he usually does. The other guy doesn't sound like John though.

  • This clip may not be at proper speed, but this is indeed them. One of the many messing around takes from the Let It Be sessions. The confusion lies in Paul's voice, but for the actual take, Paul arrived early and proceeded to blow out his voice so he could achieve that gravelly grumbling blues effect which if you noticed, he has rarely ever used since, except for Monkberry Moon Delight. It is not a natural voice for him so on this light hearted rehearsal sounds weak at that range. My 2 cents.

  • This is not Paul and John. It is not them being "super stoned" while they're working on it. It's just another joker on You Tube. Only someone who is unfamiliar with the two greatest voices in rock'n'roll history (a lot of young people) or someone who is "super stoned" would be tricked into believing this is them just because a photo is there and it says so. Misinformation and lies are all over the Internet. Tune up your antenna and don't believe everything you read/hear.

  • @artpenta 100 percent beatles.. def paul's voice... def ringo's drums.. and that little "beep" you hear occasionally sounds very much like a slate tone from a nagra film recorder.. Mustve been during the filming of the twickenham sessions or other let it be filming.

  • @artpenta Are you kidding? Yes it is. You're not that familiar with their voices are you? You should pick up the Anthology albums and as many "Beatlegs" as you can, so you can familiarize yourself. This is most definitely them. Their voices are unmistakable even when they're that fucking loaded, assuming you know what to listen for.

  • @artpenta huahuahua, very funny man. "Only someone who is unfamiliar with the two greatest voices in rock'n'roll history (a lot of young people) or someone who is "super stoned" would be tricked into believing this is them" and also that line "misinformation and lies ..." i think you are the one unfamiliar with them. do yourself a favor and stop acting like you were the owner of the truth. Give the unreleased material a try. you will see that the fool and ignorant here is you.

  • NOT THEM!

  • @sakewon OBVIOUSLY NOT FAMILIAR WITH THEIR VOICES!

  • @hiimln won't argue, but to me it just doesn't sound like them.

  • @hiimln won't argue, but to me it just doesn't sound like paul. it is supposed to be paul right?

  • THIS does not sound like the Beatles!! Not Pauls sexy voice.

  • @mandyloudotson

But it actually is the Beatles. And that is Paul's voice, sexy or not. They recorded hours and hours of these demos, for 30 days.

  • wow thanks for sharing this rendition...they probably were super stoned while working on this version!

  • pero ke? esos pitidos parecen de un hospital como cuando te ponen esas cosas para ver los latidos del corazon si ke es raro

  • WTF?! :O wow

  • linda cancion................................

  • this paul sounds dead.... just sayn

  • This is the Beatles.

  • 8 People didn't "believe" Paul when he "told them".

  • @KREEPNASTY1 the ninth person was sick of reading that line

  • @xXpert13 Well 9 people can suck it deep...Oh now there's 11, So Eleven people can suck it deep....And since it would be Wrong to leave You out, Lets round it off to 12.

  • @KREEPNASTY1 but i didnt dislike the video your comment is irrelevant

  • @xXpert13 Yaaaawwwn.

  • that is paul. it's called crooning.

  • outstanding!

  • This is NOT the Beatles !!!!!!!!!

  • @behjoh Sure about that??

  • @hippojuice23 The voice that comes up once in a while sounds like Macca ok. But it`s not the Beatles.

  • Fake...

  • I can almost always pick out George playing in the background. It has quite a trademark sound to it. Too bad it wasn't noticeable in the last take.

  • As rough as it is it is fantastic to hear, out takes & demos are where the final product comes from but are sometimes in certain ways better than the official release. I love this, & Oh Darling is one of my favorites.

  • I ilke this. It is rough and interesting. I always enjoy the studio demo music as it is fun to listen to. Not smooth like a recording,

  • Some of the comments here are really very ignorant. This is a rehearsal idiots!

  • pretty lethargic

  • duh! its a demo version you idiots! its when they were just figuring the song out!!! you clearly have no idea how the songwriting process works.

  • no way is that Paul Mccartney

  • @theanimalrocks

do not underestimate vocal range. you'd be surprised.

  • Paul's got a nice voice! <3

  • Lovin' this a lot<3

thank you for posting this...it just made my day!

    RIP John and George</3

  • Really..... No one has said this is fake and ridiculous. The vocal sounds as if Paul McCartney butt fucked Randy Newman while singing with a mouth full of marbles.

  • @mickthelizardman exactement

  • @mickthelizardman hhahaaha! That's rich!!

  • Sounds like Paul were singing to someone REALLY REALLY SPECIAL, just make my cry tonight :(

  • I think Paul wrote this for John. Because John was leaving him, in a way, for Yoko.

    I think it's beautiful.

(and this is actually my favorite song)

  • @lintismylifebro Especially since it sounds like he sings "Oh, Johnny" and not "Oh, Darling" on the third verse! :)

  • @MCullenHightopp I don't hear that at all, I've seen that trolled on other sites too, then people argue, whatever.

  • @bd9598 "trolled"? What do you mean? I wasn't trolling... At least I wasn't trying to... ^^;

  • @lintismylifebro - rotfl . McCartney does seem like the jealous type

  • @lintismylifebro Bromances FTW

  • @lintismylifebro When I look at this song from your perspective, it makes me tear up a bit.

  • @lintismylifebro You have a cite for this claim? If not, then it has to be one of the most ridiculous things I've read in awhile here on YT where truth and falsehood regularily exchange places from comment to comment. And then there are at this time 56 thumbs up. What gives?

  • @jereuter01 notice how he said he THINKS that is the reason. On another note I like the other version I heard better than this one.

  • @lintismylifebro never thought id say this but good comment

  • Seems as if during the Let it Be recording session, they kinda just replayed their classic songs

  • @XxBrodyNDJustinxX The Let it Be sessions were before the Abbey Road sessions

  • Classic.....

  • Awesome. This is the version they record during the filming of the Let It Be film which gets cut off at the start of the song, am I right?

  • thanks for posting mamadurs

!!!! nice, for BeatLes fan this is like honey !!

  • haha ha

  • CUANTO MAS RARO MAS ME GUSTA!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is Faul....

  • thats not mac.....sorry just too damn old to be fooled

  • @beatlestoneful That is definitely Paul from the Let it Be sessions. During the month of January 1969 Paul recorded at least 10 different versions of Oh Darling. If you are familiar with the Let it Be sessions then you would recognize the sound of these endless Beatle jams. Hundreds of songs over twenty days according to the book "The unreleased Beatles" by Ritchie Unterberger. It's a great reference book, I highly recommend it for any true Beatles fan.

  • simplemente hermoso, increible preciosa version, muchas gracias

  • Raro...e muito, muito belo, bela versão

    Hapy...happy

  • Really rare... thanks... It's a jewell... really a jewell...

  • I dislike it had to be ELVIS
