  • That was huge....for a pitch

  • 661 makes some sick looking helments

  • nothing in your head to save ????

  • ha ha all these haters sayin wear a helmet some of us feel comfortable without 1 me included iv been riding since i was 4 years old and never worn a helmet iv hit all sorts of trails and jumps never once hit my head when iv fallen saying that i also race mx n allways wear a lid for that but the speed n jump differences are immense anyway nice vid m8 im picking my pitch pro 2011 up today CANT WAIT

  • @D33BuD If i hit drops like this now, i always wear my full face. I luckily was wearing one when i did end up eating on this drop (broke shoulder). I am sooo glad i was wearing a helmet. As for the bike, you will not regret picking a pitch.

  • @FRHansen1 im loving the pitch m8 such a nice bike to ride have u upgraded any parts n if so what av u changed thanks

  • @D33BuD all i have done is swap out all the crank chain rings for a 24t-36t-bash setup, with a blackspire stinger, now my chain never falls off ( i also swapped to a sram x-9 rear derailleur but u have a pro so u probably already have it ) and just some beat up bmx pedals i had laying around because i broke the plastic ones that came with it in just a few days

  • @FRHansen1 nice 1 meate i need new pedals mine came with plastic ones with stupid toe clip things really annoying wat psi have u got the rear shock at

  • @D33BuD depends on your weight ( body weight + gear ur wearing ) and what your riding man, when i downhill i usually run 150-160 psi to soak everything up, but if i'm trail riding ill bump it up to around 165 to lower the pedal bob, and for any free riding type stuff i run at least 170 so i don't bottom out. keep in mind i have the x fusion shock too

  • @FRHansen1 k thanks man nice 1

  • @D33BuD I deffinately agree. People shouldn't worry about how other people ride. Live and let live is what i Say. Are you getting the Comp or the Pro?

  • not bad man and its up to you if you want a helmet or not

  • so, I'm torn between a Specialized Pitch or a Big Hit, and the thing is, I've got to be able to clear a series of 15-30 foot-ish drops to be able to run on all of my local trails, some of them to flat. Can I do it on a pitch?

  • @Eugen987654321 I would probably upgrade to a 160 fork for anything too serious. I have had 0 issues with this bike, and i have ridden it full out on downhill black diamonds at Attitash in NH, and it has taken everything i could throw at it. Ive also wrecked pretty hard on this bike multiple times, including the drop in the vid ( broke my shoulder) bike is fine, only the front wheel was slightly warped, nothing 5 mins of spoke adjustment couldnt fix though

  • 0:30 a fly LOL

  • Nice riding, good to see you got a helmet. Still a twat for doing it without in the first place lol. Enjoy your riding for longer.... :)

  • dumbAss buy a helmet

  • @14jonny14 hahaha fucking lol!

  • he's too cool for a helmet

  • do not make the wrong think like i did, where a fuckin helmet.

  • dude get a helmet! a full face helmet!

    nice drops!

  • @SuperRubyDog

  • thats a cool video. i bought that bike so i could go downhilling, freeride, and xc on the same bike.

  • Nice Bike, I may be buying one next year. But get a helmet!

  • haha i have that bike with upgrades - best all round bike in the world, can do all kinds on it!

  • Nice drop on your pitch! Hope you dont crash on your forehead without your helmet! ;-)
