@deadboydansmith089 At CBGB the band that opened the show was The Marbles & headlined by Avenger with AC/DC playing between them. At The Palladium earlier in the night AC/DC opened for The Dictators. I have never heard of The Marbles or Avenger, but those are the bands listed on a few sites for the CBGB's set.

@acdchighvoltageaudio That's not true. Only 2 songs were captured on tape, but they played a full set. The same taper recorded the Palladium set from the same night and taped the CBGB's set until his tape ran out.

I have a book called "AC/DC: Maximum Rock n' Roll" and i was just reading about this gig.According to Angus they thought they had played in dives before but CBGB's was a complete toilet.

They were opening for the Dictators I believe. This was less than a month after they opened for the MC5. If I could go to any concert in history, this would be it.
