For what it's worth, socialism means a political and economic theory of social organization that advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be completely owned and regulated by the community as a whole. I hope that clarifies things.

So, I want to reiterate, my point was that many of Obama's policies can be labeled as "progressive" or "liberal," but they're not necessarily socialist. That's a different level. I never said I supported such policies, even if they were not necessarily socialist. The truth is, I support some of them, but others I do not (among them, some I do not like at all). And that's it, no need to analyze my statements because I'm telling you what my stance is right here.

Something terrible happened tonight. While at a Halloween party a sudden sickness struck about 90 people and they all had to be rushed to the hospital to get their stomachs pumped. They all vomited everywhere and we thought they were poisoned! Then the ambulance people came down with it and then the hospital staff! Of course then a HAZMAT team was called and the CDC because they thought it was Biological! It turns out is was just my realistic Nancy Pelosi mask that made them all upchuck!..lol

Journalism is first and foremost a public service and not about ratings. Fox News is no different than the National Enquirer, just sensationalism and bullshit reporting and gossip. At least, MSNBC has actual truth behind its opinions, unlike Fox News, who just takes virtually any rumor, spitballs it, and hopes that it will stick and be true. Truth trumps bias every time, which is why Fox News has had no credibility. All it did for eight years was mostly kiss the ass of an awful president.

RocStarr: Journalism used to be about who, what, when, where, how - and if known WHY... Not any more it is about ratings. CNN bragged about it being the most trusted voice and we should listen to it -- it is now in last place so they all tout ratings and ratings do demonstrate how Americans are thinking and what they believe.
