Looking into those eyes for a second depleted my manliness to zero. Good god I want to save it, give it some food, and find it a loving home. Too damn cute.
in aug '08 as I was driving on an overpass, I noticed something small and dark in the middle of the road, I almost hit it, so I stopped. The guy behind me told me there was something that ran latched on my rear tire, as I went to look and it was a kitten, just there on my tire. I grabbed it and took it home, for 4 weeks I put out posters for missing cat, after 4 weeks I put out cat for adoption for another 4 weeks. After that I decided to keep him. When I first got him he was maybe 1 month old.
this is why i hate people..not you, but people who don't spay/neuter their pets, then abandon them or let them roam around outside to make even more homeless kittens and puppies like this.
Oh goodness. O_O That is a beautiful cat! I would have taken him in regardless of what my parents said. At least living in a house is better than living in a hole. But still, Good on you for checking up on the poor thing!
The Same thing happened to me one time me my sister and my aunts friend hear ths meowing and we like wat is that noise so it was this burnt house next to ours so my sis dig out the kitten and we asked a man across the street and he said yes im kill it and fry it so a man was working on the house and almost ran over the kitten with the door and we had said hold on it was still alive my ma said we cant keep it so we ut it in a box and the next day the box was gone :( i said that man killed it :(
This reminds me of how I got my cat :O He was found abandoned in my best friend's uncle's doorstep. Thier whole family's terribly allergic to cats and I was looking to adopt one anyways. :P I've had him for a year now and his name is Freyr :D
You probably grew up in some kind of slum, where poverty, malady and lack of education are overwhelming, and where people tend to be very hostile towards any intelligent animal that tries to feed off the same pile of garbage that they feed off. I understand, Brian.
Iv seen that before..... The shunken in eyes... it brings back bad memories. That cat is dehydrated and probally malnurished. I need to get out of this part of youtube.
@Pictavienne I tried to get him, but I had to leave him there cause my dad made me. But he seemed fine, I think his mother was behind him and it was kinda warm in there.
@iRelyt Ahh even if it's mother is behind it, they're outside. And if they had an owner the owner wouldn't have left it pregnant cat outside even after it gave birth. I think it was a stray. >.<
@iRelyt Your dad is a bitch for making you leave a kitten. Whether or not the cat's there is not the question. Feral cats live poor lives, and give birth to, or help give birth to, kittens that live similar lives, and then their kittens have kittens, and so on. This leads to overpopulation. These multitudes of cats then get collected by shelters, and are euthanized by the dozens. Yeah, your father, he really must love, animals. Ya know?

@SiO2andFe That, however, is assuming that it is a stray cat, but that can be inferred because most no one leaves kittens outside, especially during winter...
@SiO2andFe I totally agree with you, for those reasons my folks are with the local cat protection league & whenever they find a cat/s they catch it for 1. a health check @ the vet, 2. neuter it and 3. find a new home or in case it is too wild bring it back where it was found. We own 4 ex-stray cats and we love them! Please give shelter animals a chance & you will also find expensive pure breed at the shelters.
@iRelyt hate you, i found two kittens out side and i kept one and gave away the other. The one i kept is currently living with me, and the turtle i adopted.
@iRelyt i hate it when parents make u leave those poor animals outside.when i have a duaghter and she wants 2 take in an animal im gonna pull over and get tht animal and nurse it back 2 health.
