逃げない、気持ちで負けない、相手にかかっていく。

社会人の基本を剣道で教わったような気がします。

daaaamn harsh training my (EUROPEAN NOT JAPANESE)sensei has 3 dan and he is good he has very good stamina but japanese are gods at kendo lol i tire out after like 30 seconds kakarigeiko and like 100-saiomen kirikaeshi but im 14...whats your age guys?

I wish i had the chance to to such kakari-geiko....

When you body is weak and you want to stop, your mind must be strong and carry you forward...(that's how to survive such hard training)

Damn, this is impressive. Compared to this, what we are doing in my club as kakarigeiko is just ridiculous...

Is this standard in japanese high school teams, or is this some kind of crack special unit preparing for championships? :D

we too !! but generaly they practice kendo since they were child so... they have a big advantage on us poor normal ppl !! :p i don't know if it's a standard, but see my last kakarigeiko video of women highschools kendo, it's hard too !

in High school (senior ) you are avaible to do it,

before that they just practice it.
