@dakota975 lmao up ya nose wit a rubba hose i was just gonna put that on facebook lol good one and welcome back kotter was a very good show wish they would bring all the old shows back on tv land :[
John Sebastian was a musical genius. For those of you who are too young to know his history, check him out and also check out his famous band "The Lovin Spoonful", who have had many single hits during the sixties. I recommend you listen to the song "Summer in the City", one of my favorite Lovin Spoonful hit tunes. You will be thrilled at the sound I promise!!!!
I just posted this on my fb page. This theme song remind me of the good ole days.We would sit on the porch and hear the ice cream truck on the next block over and we would be so happy that we would even start screaming "MOM THE ICE CREAM MAN IS COMING!!! ".HAAAAA! Nowadays you gotta call and make an appointment with the ice cream man cause ya scared to wait outside too long cause ya scared you might get shot.SMH
AWESOME! I loved this song immensely! The show was great and had some very good actors in it (Gabe Kaplan and John Travolta). It really brings back some great memories! Thanks!
I went to college to come back and make a diffrence and the work I did no one ever knew I made a big impact.. I loved the pico
weblos those boys were helpful to my own it was interesting.. Big Barney rip liked this song.. my whole world is flashing befor me and never in my wildest dream did I expect this but I have to becareful I going to be normal again and
my ability to except certain things is not the same.. I never share a man and I never buy sex and pretty much I take care ..
@dakota975 Hard to believe Travolta evolved to be in Pulp Fiction, Michael, Broken Arrow, The General's Daughter, etc. !! Grew to love this song way after it was a hit!!
There is a part of the song "Sweet Escape" performed by Gwen Stefani that sounds inspired by the "Welcome Back, Kotter" theme song. Since the songwriters were kids in the 1970's this song most likely inspired them.
It was an awesome show huh! 70's had some great classics. I just compare then and now and although we have a few good shows, there's just nothing like all the classics back then.
