It maybe be by him. Mass of St. Timothy was written by a few people. (Matt Maher, Tom Booth, Tim E. Smith)
Mass settings are a group of a same 'tune' of music for all the required prayers of a full mass.
A list can be found under "Mass (music)' on Wikipedia.

Took me awhile to figure out this song on piano since I'm not classically trained, but this works for me.
Youtube isn't letting me space out the chords so just know that they go with their respective sections.
The song is in the scale of A Major (sharped keys are C, F, G)
Chords: E | D | A | C | E AB
Melody: GAG | EGAG | EABA | EABA | EBGGF
Repeat.
