I competed in the USPF when depth was below parallel and that didn't mean ass to ankles. I really want one of these know it all to show up at the gym one day bcz I really, REALLY would like to see someone squat down where their butt touches their ankles....been lifting a long time and all over the world and never seen it done yet

  • yow, great job. These jokers and their gym science. For sports conditioning and strength training, your depth was adequate. You are activating your fast twitch fibers that you would need for explosive movements. That drizzle the guy was saying about slow and hold, is for muscle endurance and since you not a strong man competition, great job.

    Your an idiot. Its impossible to tell how good depth is at this angle firstly, but from what i can see from pausing at 0:15 his hip join is below his knees. And what the fucks a Scott? Please post a video of you squatting over 100kgs ATG with no bounce, as i highly doubt you can do even that.
