Damn but this thing is pissing me off. I can't even open it! I have that plastic tool.

Finally got the zune apart. Eesh. Why couldn't they have just made it easy and used screws? =p I used a tiny flathead screwdriver to help start it, and at one point stabbed myself. Drew blood, even. Stupid microsoft. Alright, now finally, the good part! Fixing it...

These plastic parts are garbage they broke within seconds of me trying to actually ply this thing open, i had to jab them inside and try to pry the panel off causing it to crack, garbage

I notice that you already have the case split when the video starts which makes it look real easy to get the tool in and started. I got your kit, and promptly broke the tool trying to get it in to split the case......Let have another video showing how you use the tool from the start on a tightly sealed case. And this cheap plastic piece of crap tool is to soft for the job.

Oh yeah, its a circuit board...its not that advance

You should haved put this video on a couple months ago, i broke many parts of my zune trying to open it like the other zunes'.
