But then to play the race card here is not fair because this kind of issue can happen to workers of any ethnicity. Just want to point out a slight technicality here. You say "the Chinese bosses" it's a bit contradicting because Mongolian is a Chinese ethnicity, just saying "the bosses" would be correct.

It's a bit weird seeing foreigners talk about Mongolians, Tibetans etc, while no one in China really puts that much thought into what ethnicity someone is, they just see them as a fellow Chinese.

The 10 Panchen Rinpoche got imprisoned after he directed the 70,000 characters petition to China. Imprisoned for 9 years & 8 months. Afterswards under house arrest for further 14 years.

And after he returned he made a statement that was understood as criticism toward Chinas government, he died of mysterious cause. China says a heart attack, but official examination was never accepted. Thus it's doubtable that he really died of a heart attack.

If you want to Tibet to be Free, ask Dalai Lama to go back to Tibet, protest, and get himself locked up in jail, and if necessary, ultimately, kill himself, urging his Tibetans to rise up against Chinese oppression. Most assuredly, as Mr DL is Tibetan's God, there will be insurgencies and rage such that it will finally free Tibet. Will Mr DL do that? No. What has he done for that past 50 years except live in luxury?

Try to think about it; the Chinese want the Dalai Lama to be dead, they even have set a bounty on him. If he is dead, China will have no one in their way to do with Tibetans what they want. This would be the very opposite!
