I'm glad to see youre getting the most out of what could have been a bad situation! Good on you for being positive and giving me the opportunity to view peristalsis at its best..Hope youre well and continue to do so.. All the best
W.O.W... That's incredible! And the medical staff were able to mend you?? Seriously, that's amazing. Almost funny to think how much medicine has advanced in the past hundred years alone! Cheers for uploading it, I'm trying to get a grasp of peristalsis and it's fascinating (if a little disgusting, as you say! :P) to see it in action like that. Thanks! :) xx
the skin that you see in the videos was just donor skin from a skin graft taken off my thigh. that donor skin was just discarded when they closed me back up after about a year. the "sensation" of touch felt strange because there were no nerve endings on the donor skin. and yes it was tough to sit up but wearing an elastic binder helped alot... that wound is now fully healed
@xDeAdlYSp1Derx Technically the skin has grown back. In reference to the comment above by the uploader, the surgery to fix the damages seen in this video were completed over 1/2 a year ago. He's a lucky bastard to have survived with such injuries. As a Christian I thank God for things like this, tho even if you dont believe the phrase is still usable. lol
This is really fascinating. Definately not gross. You're brave to share this, and I sincerely hope you are done with the surgeries and are whole again. Thanks!
Wow. That is amazing. I can't even begin to imagine how much pain you endured with your surgeries. Glad you're OK and thank you for this awesome video.
This is from a motorcycle accident. I was exposed like this for about a year before I underwent an extensive ventral hernia repair surgery. My surgeon had to do a component separation, separating my 3 layers of oblique muscles all the way to my back. All I have now is a 1/2" incisional scar thanks to Boston Medical Center.
@ItsMeStitches1 I am sure glad your better.Seeing insides like that would make want to protect that area extra good. Thanks for showing this not something we can see everyday. Thanks
¡Wow! That's excellent! Can you record your belly whille you are eating and drinking? I wanna see how your stomach and intestines start their work. I have a cuestion: Where is your stomach? I can see your liver but not the stomach.
"peristalsis" isn't a disease. It is the word for how muscles move to push food along in your intestine. What this guy has, I don't know but all it means is that you can see his stomach in action.
I have problems with my digestive system from birth. When I was few weeks old I had got very serious small intestine inflammation. I had nearly died. From that time I have got a 'present' from the God, I can feel my stomach and intestines movements.
Wtf happen to you man

So, what IS Parastalsis exactly? DOes it just destroy all of the muscle in your stomach, like a disease, or a treatment for some other disease?!
I don't get it! Reply!
