Well, it's always good to have several ab machines to work out your stomach muscles from different angles, and keep them confused, you can do crunches with the ab coaster half up to the counter, half above the counter, and then full, I just got mine, and it is helping with my diet though I am not supposed to lose more then 2-3 pounds a week, though keeping that in mind this is a good machine for that.

I told you the problem isn't that I can function at all, but the amount of time, if I can only function 30 minutes, and get severe pain after resting 14 hours, with help from my faith in Jesus, and martial arts training, it's not the same as working 4 to 8 hours a day, I am lucky if I can work 2, and that is with pain in my ankle, hip, pelvis, and lower back, Even if I do 10 reps, for 2 minutes, I don't do it all day, just briefly after I get up and am well rested, though I start out with pain.

Though the pain is different from day to day, but within 30 minutes I have to rest, I may can walk 2 hours straight, if that is all I do for that day, but no more, though that has to do with Jesus saying if someone bids you go a mile with him go with him 2, I walk at least a mile in 30 minutes, and can do it up to 4 times a day spread out, but this isn't normal either my pelvis is wedged into my sacrum, and healed up there so it was pushed up 1/2 inch to a 1/4 inch or so.

It would cause pain throughout the day where I have to lay down, and get completely off my feet for at least 2hours, or more before I can go again, I already told you I tried to work for 2 years after discharge, and 3 years after the injury, and was having problems the whole time.
