I used a legit way to get money. started out with about 50k and ended up with over 2 mil in a couple hours. Sleep in beds until you find 50 or 75% off sales from blacksmiths, buy everything you can, and sell to another shop. It just requires patience, and it's good if you don't have an XBL account

i know this is irrelevant, but if you get the chance, fable 2 and incubus can be pretty amazing when put together.

I know this doesn't really matter but you don't really have to set it all the way from 2005 to 2025 because the max income you can receive from this strategy is capped at 100x your current 5-minute gold rate. For example, if your income is 8,000 every 5 minutes, then the biggest number of gold you can obtain after "speeding" the time up from the dashboard is 800,000 gold. Therefore you can get the same amount of gold from doing 2005 to 2025 as skipping just two months ahead.

@MakingNoobMovies either my xbox is really glitchy or it can work on anyones xbox, rent out as many properties as possible, put your prices up to max, save game and quit to dashboard, go into your options and change the date as far as possible and then play you should get lotsa gold :) to repeat , save quit then go back to the date change it to 2005, play again and save in 2005 back out again and then change it back to 2025 it should happen again

 for all mah poor peeps out there heres how u do it w/o xbox live....... u do what he did by all the damn shops and houses u can buy. raise the prices to high then u go to the xbox dashboard set it up by 1 YEAR AT A TIME this is VERY important. then load ur game BUT WAIT for double the money and half the time right before you get your money when u load ur game theres a pause load a two player controller and both charecters will get the money then quit ur 2nd player. pretty easy fast money huh!!

The process is simple really but you don't have to turn off your Xbox as it will actually destroy the system because well, trust me. Secondly, just set it back to 2005 at first and buy all the property you can, set it to 2025 and it'll max out 20x or however it is. Then well, after all of that. Buy more property, and keep doing it. Benefits pretty well.
