Now as you said that "Top 15 shredders" they have to be fastest, I am sorry to say but meaning of shredder is who plays fast. I mean if your list is about best guitarists then mention it as "best guitarist"or "top guitarists."

P.S. - Shredder = One who plays fast not the one who's best. E.G. - M.A.B. is the fastest shredder but not the best guitarist. I hope you got my point. No offense intended. Take care. :)

@memetalhead1 I got but let's say the best shredder for me is the one who plays fast, techinically, with creativity and the most important FEELING to be the best you dont need the first 2 things to be the best shredder you need all those four.His music need to be satisfying, pleasuring, because a shredder IS A GUITARRIST, and he should do MUSIC, so if he doesn't he isn't a good shredder.

Mate, guitarist need not to be creative, or soulful to be called a shredder. All he/ she needs is to play as fast as he can.

Technicality, soul, creativity are very important to be a great guitarists.

Let me put it in this way, A guy who plays at a speed of 17bps with not so good technique, soul or creativity will always be rated higher as a shredder than a guy who plays guitar at a speed of 15bps with technicality, creativity, soul.

I hope now you got my point.
