But may I suggest, in the last bar, instead of sliding from 5\7, it may be easier to slide from 1\3 on the B string, this way your hand doesn't have to change positions.

i dont know how to read guitar music that involves plucking yet, but does the 3 mean 3 fret?? idkkk? also when theres 2 is that because those are 2 times?

@IFollowNickJsHeart The numbers that are shown are the fret numbers, yes. If the number is shown twice, it means to play the note twice. The highest line is the thinnest (Highest sounding) string, the lowest line is the "Top" or bass string.

The only thing tablature doesnt show you is which fingers to use.

@NapolionTNT22098 it means to have nothing pressed down on that string, then really quickly bash your fingers against the second fret them pull them back off again. The technique is called "Hammer ons and Pull Offs" google that if you wish to learn more.

p means pull, so say your 2nd finger is on the thrd fret second string, if you're already pressing down with your 2nd finger you just pull off so its easier than picking the string again. its hard to explain when somebody's not there to show you
