I don't recognize the 1st song, but it sounds like Jewel. The second song is "only Hope" by switchfoot. This song is also done by Mandy Moore. Both versions are on the SOundtrack to "Walk to remember".

Best Buy has the complete series (all 3 movies) on DVD at a very reasonable price. I think you can also buy the individual movies at Best Buy if you don't want all of them.
