  • im a beginner to competitive battling, but i know the pbr electivire won't do good, because its move set is to obvious

    im gonna go with magnezone

  • dude your wrong about teh stab thing... its always 1.5 even on dual types

  • Are you back as Gigatitan?

  • hey nice vid 5/5 and suscribed

  • If I had a Raichu holding a life orb and with the moves charge and volt tackle, how much damage can that do?

  • volt tackles base power is 120 if im not mistaken + STAB bonus so that makes it 180 then add the Charge making it 360and the life orb bringin it to a total of 468

If i worked it out right

But your biggest problem would be keeping raichu alive

    468 seems like alot right?

heh rollout can go over a base power of 1000 all you need is Defence curl

  • 0

    0.25

    0.5

    1

    2

4 are how much you multiply the damage

  • i have roar of time on my dialga as a last resort move

  • your channel sais YOU are bored of uploading, but where is ur mate?

i thought you were sharing the account!

  • Captain Falcon quote FTW!

  • fourth, hn hn hn hn...fifth!

  • where do i go to find the lists of ubers, OU, UU, etc. also, please have direct link.

  • smogon type it in google

  • thank you.

  • Still need a bucket hat!

  • Superpower can be an extremely useful move on some Pokemon.

  • do items next!

  • super power is good on a sizor because its way better then brick brake

  • Not necessarily. Brick Break destroys barrier moves like Reflect and doesn't lower the user's Attack and Defense.

  • i agree with the other guy,stab is always 1.5 times stronger,despite dual types,:P

    great guide though,nonetheless,^_^

    cites:serebii,smogon,exp

  • 100% accuracy= tackle!!!

  • does badly poisoned cut the foes sp.attack?

  • No, being Poisoned doesnt affect any stat.

  • You forgot 25% in damage anounts for the start

  • You're actually wrong on that. STAB is always a 50% increase, even on the dual-types.

  • nope.

  • Yep. According to Psypokes' damage calculator, STAB is always a 50% increase. If you don't believe me, check how much damage a 206 Sp. Def Alakazam takes from a 438 Sp. Atk Kyogre from Hydro Cannon, then do the same, replacing Kyogre and Hydro Cannon with Dialga and Roar of Time.

And yes, I am aware Kyogre cannot learn Hydro Cannon, but the damage calculator doesn't care about that, and I am just giving an example.

Serebii agrees with 50% static increase as well.

  • Bulbapedia also agrees.

  • And so do I. It's 1.5 for every Pokemon, even dual-types.

  • Hmm, nintendo lies.

  • Well, Nintendo's own guide says that the Chilan Berry cuts damage from a super effective Normal-type attack in half.

  • @GigaSonicX wrong! donät make guides when you dont know the "rules"

  • so you dont recomend using metronome or 1 hit ko moves hey how do you raise your accuarcy for 1 hit ko moves

  • No Guard comes to mind. That's probably one of the best ways.

  • What pokemon can have No Guard and a OHKO move?

  • Machop, Machoke, and Machamp are the only pokemon that have No guard. they don't have any OHKO moves so your out of luck. :P

  • There are none. The idea is to use Machamp and a OHKO attacker together in a Double Battle.

  • use it on lower leveled pokemon. any high levels, it's basically garanteed to miss. Just dont use 'em at all.

  • In Wi-Fi Battles, all Pokémon are the same level, which makes OHKO attacks like Sheer Cold have an accuracy of 30%.

  • it has 30% either way..

  • You have proof?

  • Comment removed

  • First, never call me an idiot. Second, having KO'd 100 out of 100 Lv. 2-5 wild Pokémon with a Lv. 100 Kyogre's Sheer Cold, I'd say I'm right.

  • well that i did not know anyway sheer cold usualy has 30 so yeah sorry for calling you an idiot i had no right to

  • @NiGHTSUnlimited

sheer colds accuracy goes up the lower the opponents pokemon is..

  • >( ^ ' .' ^)> kirby and me say your cool

  • i dont do specific teams i just use under use pokemon do you win all the time aaron/gigatian beacause your pokemon expert

  • Nice guide man. Keep em' up =]. 5/5.

  • awesome guide GT keep em comin!

  • i use 12 moves what arent 100% accurate seed flare and stone edge

  • Like Capitan Falcon says: Show Me Ya Moves!

  • oh yeah nice Aarron ^.^

  • This is a very good guide. One thing is that I'm fairly certain STAB is 1.5 even for dual-types. My Porygon-Z does have Hyper-Beam. Choice Scarf+150 base power+STAB+great SA=good last resort.

  • The only thing which isn't neglected when making a crit is burn.

  • first comment and view yeah xD nice guide ;D
