I was there sitting on the east side about 72 rows up. This is so frustrating. Happens year-after-year. I can say in 2004 I ambled down to Iowa City as I had never seen Iowa beat Ohio St, and then finally . . . I think it was about 30-0 over the Buckeyes in the 4th qtr. before they scored. Buckeyes have our #. Buckeyes, if John Cooper was your offensive coordinator today you'd be national champs most years.

The hell was that. Those were obviously forward passes and im a hawkeye fan. That was a worst call by the coach than the "Tuck Rule" with the Patriot fans

Correction: Iowa wasn't undefeated going into this game. They had lost at Miami during the third week. This was their first Big Ten loss of the season.

@Iowamutt That Miami game was something else. We were playing them dead even until midway through the 4th quarter at their house in the middle of their record home game winning streak.

I can not believe i found this. This was my very first Iowa Hawkeye game. I was 14 at the time and of course at that time i had no clue when it came to football. However..i do remember that last second touchdown. thanks for posting :)

I saw this on Big Ten Network a while ago and was equally perplexed as to how Ohio State won this game. Iowa looked far superior all game, but Ohio State just kept hanging around and was the thorn in Iowa's side for yet another year.

As an Iowa fan I can still admit that the Buckeyes just own the Hawkeyes like no other team in the Big Ten does. At least the Hawkeyes actually win or threaten to win against Michigan and Penn State on a regular basis. Even a close game against Ohio State seems to be a rarity.

Iowa will have a good team this year. As a Buckeye fan, I want the Big Ten to do well. Gotta love Iowa beating PSU last year. Thanks, it enabled OSU to tie for another Big Ten title!
