This is Chris Taylor from The Chaser's War on Everything. Many viewers believed the segment was actually real but Taylor admitted that it was set up. It was actually filmed after Sunrise went to air, with Channel Seven editing on screen graphics for realism. The hosts didn't know what Taylor was going to say because he only asked if he could do a bit for the show...they knew it was a fake interview they just didn't know what he was going to say.
Its fake, the show is real and all but the guy is a comedian and they let him use the set for one of his shows, so it was never aired live do a search for "get the fuck out of my life sunrise tv" and youll read everything on wikipedia
