This isn't Robam Apsara. It's Robam Tien (or Candle Dance --- which is pretty obvious). I think this dance is an excerpt from the Reamker where the candles they (I say they, because to be more dancers) hold is used to represent the flames of the pyre of fire that Neang Seda is suppose to walk through to prove her faithfulness to Preah Ream.
