1) Right-click Volume control and go to Playback devices

2) Right-click your speakers/headphones (whatever you're using)

3)Go to enhancements -> enable Loudness equalisation.

Done.

To tell you the truth I just moved into my apartment last Monday. I had been stalking Craigslist for a month looking at how the market was and when I applied for this place I was approved the next day, did not have to apply anywhere else. I know it might have been stupid to only apply at one place but the rent is cheap, the place is clean and meets my needs, and I only have to walk ten minutes to get to the college or anywhere else I need to go. It's loud here though, but oh well.
