I've never bought/paid for a downloaded plane.. so when you said the price was fair, I was thinking $10 or $15.. especially considering the game was $45.. so I was a bit taken back by the $30 price tag.. I mean, it's an add on, not a new game, so $30 seems a bit high when the whole game cost me $40, ya know?

stay away from Just Flight retail disc....copyright protection called safedisc causes not only install problems....it embeds into windows registry to inflict more damage.

Always buy the electronic download from the manufacturer ...never the DVD at the store.

U can buy IL2-Sturmovik 1946 for just under a £5 now. It has 200+ planes and is the most realistic combat flight sim available. I've been playing it for a while and realy recomend it. It includes the P-38 J, L, and, L(late). It's the best sim out in my opinoin, give it a go! :)

We have various P-38's in Aces High II, and I will say that the interior of this bird looks absolutely beautiful -- including the tight fit that actual WW2 pilots spoke of when remembering the bird.

I have went through the AI Aircraft, Flight Plan and TTools thing, but I have yet to see any aircrafts. That method is also a very long way. Do a review on which light twin has the worst single engine performance...try all parameters high density altitude performance....engine failure after take off ..try it all Maybe you could show the viewers which one will give you the most violent VMC characteristics.

Great review,exept Id like to see the flight dynamics section expanded to show how the a/c reacts to ceartain manouvers and compare it to real life,e.g crosswind landing,crossing the controls,rolls,etc, as realism is the most important thing for me.

I think what would be a great idea is at the end of the video you make a "5 star rating" system where you rate the value for money. For example; 1 star is not worth it / 5 stars is a must buy. Just an idea. Anyway, great review - I like the fact that you include audio and different views.
