i think you did a great job! my only suggestions are that it is pronouned sa-zone not say-zon and you should add it to the water before you cook the rice since the main purpose of it is to give color to the rice. I only know this cuz i'm puerto rican so i use it regularly lol.
Sorry I mispronounced the word... we're all human. I guess thats just how my Portuguese mom says it lol. I actually forgot to add the seasoning while we were shooting that's why I had to improvise and put it in later.
