Those who have bought the map pack were ripped off. Upon releasing the map pack they should have added a playlist for those who PAID for and actually wanted to PLAY it. Their excuse was that they didn't want to split players up. I believe it's because they couldn't be bothered doing so.

So unless I have know crew of people on my friends list who have bought the DLC, I can't play it and the same goes for everyone else. I love Bioshock but 2k just took our money and we got nothing from it!
