The terminal is beautiful, I congratulate the Americans but the coaches are kind of ugly, especially talking about the buses in Brazil are far more beautiful and robust, the Bus Terminal Tietê (São Paulo) is the second largest in the world, behind New York, Brazilians and Americans have a good relationship, congratulations on the city you!

my guess is it was on a holiday or busy travel weekend. It gets like that all the time going into NYC. Those are all inbound buses waiting to get into the port. Just congestion.
