As far as I have heard, from all sources, police, county, and private, there was no foul play at all and police have been cleared of any wrong doing. She was not mistreated. She was treated the same as any other suspect being arrested for disorderly. Its apparent by witness statements, that she was on something.. layin the floor screaming at invisible people. She was quite healthy and still resisting as they walked her to the holding area.
