@MRfoititis Anyone who thinks Partition will solve anything needs to look at the demographic map. You can divide the region into 10,000 countries and still not separate Serbs from Croats. Question: where has partition succeeded before? One of the worst events of the twentieth century was the dissolution of Yugoslavia.

@MRfoititis One of the bad mistakes the US made was recognizing Kosovo in the first place. I do not know where partition has worked in fact. It did not work in: Cyprus, Ireland, Israel/Palestine, Pakistan/India. Maybe it will work here. Who knows? Maybe it will in Israel/Palestine. Who knows? Maybe in the Sudan. Who knows? The record just is not good. East Timor is not the greatest example of success.
