  • Love it :)

  • I guess Pakistani Ney means DOODAK.

  • Yes!

  • hehehehehhe

  • no, i've been living in America. :P

  • Pakistanis play the ney?

    Bengalis play the ney?

  • Naaz e nafaset Aghaa,

    Salamat & javidaan baashi.

    I love you

  • Cool!!

  • this Ney is different than ours different but so good

  • thank you-This is lovely. i am trying to learn ney and this is helpful. And for the comments re Persian vs. Turkish ney: why argue over such a trivial thing? BOTH the Persian ney and the Turkish ney are incredibly beautiful and expressive in their own ways.

  • i think we Turks are the best to play Nay

  • no, Nay is played by teeth, but you play it with lips and it is not Nay

    it is specially for PErsiaaaaaaaaaaa

  • oyun oynar gibi çalıyor...

  • 2:00 MASTER OSTAD KASSAI

  • güzel ama sanki içinde biraz aşk eksik.

  • beautiful song, brings tears when your in a trans of thought. much love to people have lost a dear one

  • great style. respect, Persian friends! greetings from Magyarország, where Kassai is the (name of the) best cavalry archer... in the world.

  • The thing is that any invading nation in the past of our world's history have commited the atrocities you mention here and it's still going on today, probably in a lesser proportion, but not in lesser absolute numbers. And I'm sorry to say this but the great persian empire wasn't an exception , but I thought this video was about Esfahan's greatest ney player, Ostâd Kassâ'i

  • everything is a shame except music

  • honestly, you think its offensive but u dont realize that arabs , turks have been killing iranians and occupying our land for years..THEY DONT LIKE US, they all say this muslim brother bs, but when it comes down to it, were all racist towards one another...BE REAL, GO READ ABOUT THE TRAGEDIES OF THE ARAB-IRAN WAR...each of our famiies lost members to that war that was imposed on us, and sadam was assisted by arab nations to kill every last one of us OK? GET IT THRU YOUR THINK SKULLYA ALI MADAD

  • Comment removed

  • funny thing you give us a lecture about arab's enmity and at the end you say " ya ALI madad" looks like ali is persian ha?!!!

  • i can play ney but i cant understand this thecnic =((

  • you know how difficult it is to play ney in mouth? you obviously have never played ney in your life...

Ney in mouth = Persian Authentic Style

Respect your fucking elders you fucking turks, arabs and etc...

    IRAN #1

  • Sorry to see such ugliness, especially when we are talking about something so obviously beautiful as Ostad Kasaii's ney. Sad.

"Each flower has it's own scent."

  • Kavalımsı bir sesi var bunun bizim alıştığımız ney sesi gibi değil :S

  • evet türkiyedekilerden farklı biraz ama çok güzel çalıyorlar

  • Anatolian and Arabian Neys are played with lips and Persian Ney is played as shown here

  • ..And never forget Nay (Ney) is a Persian word. It is neither Arabic nor Turkish. So, whenever you say "Nay" you are saying something Persian.

  • dudy , you took this word from arabic !

half of your language is of an arabic origin !

don`t say that the word " Ayatullah " is persian !

  • Ayatollahs are also Arab! But Nay is Persian. So whenever you say this word you are saying something in Persian!!!! Like it or not.

  • The best sounding instruments:

    Ney - Flute

    Seetar

    Harp - Chang

    Harmonica

    Guitar
