  • It's funny how all the 'supporters' have pointed the finger at John Mark Byers for years until recently. The simple fact is DM, JM, and JB killed those three children and are now living free of their crimes.

  • @Lethalstorm Is this Terry Hobbs ? Are ya scared they gonna get you ?????

  • @Lethalstorm You dont know shit you dumb mother fucker. Chk out the evidence stupid.

  • @jdavis19611970 I have checked out the evidence, probably more so than any of you sheep who believe those three murderers are innocent. It was a teenage thrill kill and they are guilty.

  • @Lethalstorm There out now live with it.

  • @jdavis19611970 I'm ok with the almost 20 years they did. Why don't you stfu and go on amazon and buy one of those child killers the xbox game they want on their wish lists?

  • @Lethalstorm Terry Hobbs is the guilty party so you stfu tuff guy screen name.

  • @jdavis19611970 Show me where Terry Hobbs was convicted of their murders. Show me where he confessed his guilt more than 6 times. Show me where he took an Alford plea which admitted his guilt. Show me where he spent more than 18 years in prison for their murders. Yeah, I didn't think so.

  • @Lethalstorm To beat a dead horse, play a broken record ONE MORE TIME, etc: An Alford Plea is NOT an admission of guilt. Period. [Please excuse the cap. letters--I know they're rude, I just miss being able to underline the more salient points of an argument...]

  • @LeshaAnn Yet they admit that enough evidence exists to convict them. It is important to note that because they did not admit the specific act of the crime this does not indicate they are innocent. Nowhere in the legal proceeding did it exonerate them or even suggest they were innocent. Quite the contrary. You are confusing a Alford plea with a No Contest plea. An Alford plea does not indicate innocence.

  • every lie he speaks on this tape is against the law, from what ive heard after watching all of them, theres enough lies to lock him up for 20+ yrs, and it wouldnt take sherlock holmes to prove they are lies

  • This man worked at a Slaughterhouse. The method of killing an animal for slaughter is by bashing in its head. After time this task would become easy and you might in time lose all empathy for those you are slaughtering even if they are human at the time, especially if you have a raging temper as he does and his wife even spoke of. He was last seen with Stevie by a neighbor although I claims it not true. The cutting off of the genitals was done by an animal as its the easiest meat to get to.

  • @jwmonkey good point. he was a bastard to the kids and his wife. Broke her jaw and locked the kids in closets, made them do sex stuff, molested his neighbor in HER own shower....the list goes on and they NEVER questioned him till NOW...wow..good police work there !

  • I just spent about 2 hours on a website that had everything you ever wanted to know about this case, photos, timelines, testimony, police reports etc. As botched as this case was, I'd almost bet the killer or killers have never been identified by anyone, because there is no evidence connecting anyone. There was a Union 76 truck stop right across from where the bodies were found. Could have been a truck driver that was 1000 miles away when the found the bodies.

  • look at his body language.. holding his arms across his chest.. he's trying to protect something.. which of course can be considered a 'secret'

  • The BFD read Damiems record. Check out what happened in Elmhurst IL ........Story of Robin Gecht & the Ripper crew. The one who confessed had a IQ of 75 but one of their victims lived. And they didnt have time to hide the evidence.Look over the books he read about satanism practice. Dont be shocked but I kinda know you are not going to check it out.

  • As much as I think that this piece of shit committed those murders and did things that were so far past being forgivable that it would be a joke not to shoot him on the spot, the burden of proof is on the prosecution and theres no sense in adding a fourth wrongly accused, especially after the WM3. Too bad the police didn't do there job the first fucking time around

  • @TheBFD55 at least in the accusing of Hobbs there'd be reason to believe he was guilty. There'd be evidence. Something to build a case around other than "well they wore black and read stephen king." But, ultimately, yes. You're right.

  • NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS PIECE OF SHIT, THATS TOO NICE OF A CHARASTERISTIC = SHIT'S SCUM OF SCUM...SMFHIDISGUST!

  • This piece of shit cut off his own suns dick and murdered 3 children. I hope they convict him one day or someone kills him very slow and painfully.

  • What i will never understand..Is why he said he didn't see the boys all that day..But a neighbor

said she seen Hobbs with the boys 1 hour before the killings...

  • It looks and sounds like he is telling the truth

  • @TuesdayMorningInSept the truth ! ha watch his depo against natalie maines..hahah he is one creepy fuck. He locked stevie and amanda in the closet..molested a neighbor in her shower..broke pam's jaw..SHOT pam's brother - who yrs later DIED from those wounds..beat up a " mexican " at his house party..the list goes on. HIS dna found in the knot at the crime ..nice guy there !

  • Any Wetback lover is guilty

  • If one is innocent, then prove it with facts that contain the truth. This man is lying now, just as he has in every interview, he is a pro at it. He has a horrific violent past, right up to the 3 boys went missing, with his neighbors stating that they were seen with him. He showed NO normal tears, remorse, anger, any emotion, and had to get away 2 weeks after it happened. Go away??? When your child has been found murdered??The only emotion is that he is put out when he is asked about the boys?

  • now the hog tying part , thats most likely a grown up who did that. but the killing looks like about 6 or 7 teenagers. very ruthless S-O-B's. The only thing Im trying to figure is if the bojangles dude was the adult , I cant picture black people hog tying no one.maybe he was just a witness. What other cultures hog tie? were there any latin gangs around that area back then? pam hobbs kissed a mexican right?

  • @keemosobbee You're a fucking idiot. Get lost.

  • Comment removed

  • @keemosobbee bitch you're stupid -.-

  • the wm3 are Innocent because it did not happen at the dumping site. the confession is completely inconsistant with the place where the bodies were found. they needed to investigate gangs that were present around that area at that time. terry hobbs hair could possibly be secondary transfer. the autopsy report shows punces on the boys that do not a ppear to be from a grown man.No grown man would need kick & punch on a kid. only teens would have to work that hard.

  • i studied the autopsy reports up & down. i no longer think terry hobbs murdered those boys. The Injuries in the autopsy report show what appears to be a group of youths jumping these boys , punching , kicking and smashing them over the head with a rock with at least one adult present. this is gang violence.

    .

  • After watching all the "Paradise Lost" documentarys,I first thought it was Byers, but now leaning towards Hobbs more. I really think no one will know.

  • These police are too dumb to deal with a real killer. If he did it, I just hope there's Justice in the next life, these prosecuters have lost their credibility. Oh Yea, SHUT UP DUMMY! LAWYER! LAWYER! LAWYER!!!

  • Don't these people learn??? Demand a lawyer and shut up. These police are ignorant, they just need to convict somebody, anyone will do. SHUT UP DUMBASS!!!

  • Oops! I didn't realize you were being sarcastic! Ignore that comment :-)

    Anyways -- Hobbs is freaky.

  • @camerabbit; So my neighbour who wears Metallica shirts or whatever is a murderer too? Any person walking the streets wearing that shirt is deemed murderer now? Thats all stupid shit.

  • Has anyone noticed this person's username? jmb = John Mark Byers (aka the other step-father that some people suspect is guilty) I don't know why, but I felt like I had to point that out.

  • Look at this guy's body language, the folded arms means he's nervous and hiding something, his words are hesitant and choppy, and he keeps looking away and touching his face. He's a liar...

  • @StauberMN U may be right but sometimes and I know from expierence that sometimes even if you are innocent people, police and just nerves can make you appear guilty. I am a nervous person to begin with and fight panic attacks all the time...my body language would be all over if this was me. You can't convict someone from that. Everyone is accusing these guys just like they did to the WM3....please don't do the same...GOD will get the person who did this....leave it to him...

  • @TheSpldbrat god doesn't exist.

  • @PlatinumShazzle hahahaha yeah..tell that to God when ya see him..and YES one day you WILL see him and answer to him for your choices in life. I hope you try and get to know Jesus. He is the best !

  • @7pretty7 if i die and see god and he condemns me to hell for doing nothing other than being an unbeliever (even though so far there is 0 evidence whatsoever that a "god" actually exists) i'll tell him that he's an immoral piece of shit and he can kiss my fucking ass.

  • @ChillPill365 what is your problem ? God is a loving God. He died for us and that's what you have to say ? sad..just think though..WHAT if [ and I know there is ] whouldn't ya want to atleast give him a chance ? He loves us but gives all of us free will. We are responsible for the choices we make. Yes one day we will be judged also for the GOOD that we do. Now be nice. It will come back to you.

  • @7pretty7 1) how do you know there is a god? 2) pascal's wager is flawed. i'll assume for the sake of assuming that you're a christian, so what you're suggesting is that i should feign belief in your god because if he exists i'll be saved, and if he doesn't then i have nothing to lose. however, with there being thousands of religions out there (many preaching eternal damnation if a person doesn't subscribe to their beliefs) i have EVERYTHING to lose if christianity is false.

  • @7pretty7 so for my sake i'll stick to the facts (much like the prosecutors in this court case should have) when it comes to subscribing to a system of belief and you can stick to your blind faith.

  • @ChillPill365 what ever dude..hell is not a place you want to go...but if that is your choice..then have a nice trip and say hi to satan... Done..this is what us Christians call casting your pearls before a swine. It's in the Bible ..look it up. I will pray for you. Have a good life now cause who knows what awaits you in the eternity.

  • @7pretty7 actually if hell exists i'm not "choosing" to go there, that's just what christians such as yourself like to think so that you can shift the blame from your "god" to us (you know, since he's all "moral" and stuff).

  • @ChillPill365 what ever..old shit ..move on ..have a nice trip

  • @7pretty7 i always find it funny that christians like you (and again, i know not all christians are completely backwards) are fine with the fact that the deity they worship sends billions upon billions of people to perish in eternal hellfire (it's in the bible, look it up) simply because they either 1) don't subscribe to that particular religion or 2) are unbelievers. personally i think you need to do a morality check yourself if you're fine with that.

  • He said his hobby was working on old cars. He said he spent all day/night searching desperately for his child inside a vehicle. He can remember the amount of vehicles, who rode in them, where he went in them, basically...everything EXCEPT the type of vehicle/make/model/year...CHECK OLD VEHICLES THAT HE OWNED PREVIOUSLY OUT!

  • you guys heard of the mr bonjangles guy?? sounds suspicous

  • 6:25 Hobbs claims he worked on May 5 of '93. But the company he worked at say he never worked that day. I believe in guilty until proven innocent, but this guy has got to stop lying.

  • Not sayin he did it..but did ya watch his depo ? He is one creepy fuck !

  • CASE #93050-666???

  • @gantskye82 ya wth hell did it jus end up wit 666 or did they make it that

  • Comment removed

  • @gantskye82 I was wondering that too first time i saw that.

  • Even the way his arms are crossed is defensive. He's the real killer, along with his buddy who's DNA was also found at the crime scene.

  • I feel for Mr. Hobbs. What a nightmare to be the "latest suspect" (bojangles and mark byers just didn't really work out, did they?) as the supporters of the real murderers try and deflect the guilt that they own.

This man has suffered for the evil of others and because there are those simple-minded sheep who insist on following the mindless chant of "free the three."

Got your wish you blind fools. I hope to God that another child does not suffer at their hands. I'd like to see DE burn in hell.

  • @threeliars As soon as you can provide proof that they (WM3) did murder those three boys, then maybe you could convince me. WMPD had plenty of evidence saying the WM3 were innocent. The WMPD had absolutely nothing but a theory and convicted those three on that theory. Terry Hobbs was not even interviewed at the time these murders happened and witnesses put Hobbs as the last seen with the three little boys before they went missing.

  • @threeliars aka weirdcitykid, supporters are not sheep going along with everyone else. Me and the ones I know of, have studied this case for many years. Let me ask you something, if some really great piece of evidence was found that points to someone else. I mean something undeniable, would you admit you were wrong? I am a long time supporter, but if I ever changed my mind (not likely), I would admit it, would you? If not, then it is pointless to even debate this subject matter with you...

  • Nobody knows who did it. There have been fingers pointed at everyone around. Truth is they wasted so many years and messed up so much evidence that I believe no one will ever know the truth.....but the person responsible for this will pay at the gates we all are dying to enter.... I do not wear black, I am not into heavy metal music, I live a positive and productive life and am a very happy person...I always believed these kids were innocent....

  • @threeliars aka Terry Hobbs..........just give it up, you already murdered one since!

  • Seems like he would remember what vehicle he had since it was such a harrowing ordeal at the time.....regardless of the years that passed. Especially if he was really out looking for his step-son as he'd claimed before. Hmmmm...I'm not sure about this hair evidence since they had been in water. Looks like another case of poor LE investigation. I'm not all that familiar with the case, but the demeanor of the wm3 struck me as odd. I still find Damien a strange one...very flat emotionally.

  • Based on intuition this guy creeps me out. Thinks about all his responses, didn't cry when he saw the crime scene photo of his son, didn't cry during interviews. He acts like an alien. I don't think Byers is guilty, he seems a little crazy but overall not a sadistic, creepy guy. Hobbes' DNA was a partial match, but still, what are the odds of that? He's not blood related to Branch!

  • @binaryhuman are you stupid? the person doesn't have to have blood relations to the victims, its his DNA that they found so must of been him.

  • @msimnotafriad11 Actually Hobbs had a partial DNA match to the hair in the rope. I'm saying that sometimes they throw out partial matches because parents have similar DNA to their kids. But Hobbs wasn't related to his son, so the DNA could not have been his son's. So I guess I'm agreeing with you.

  • The killers have plead guilty! They did the crime and 1 dude confessed more than once! The WM 3 never should have been freed. They deserve the same punishment they gave those poor 8 yr old children.

  • @wiIsondyIanmccartney NOTHING points to their guilt, the "evidence" actually only points to their INNOCENSE..the state of AK does not want to admit they fucked up, if they did they'd be sued for millions! the WM3 are free because THEY DIDNT DO IT! ..if the prosecution thought they could even come close to convincing a jury of their guilt they would have never agreed to let them out of prison but guess what, they cant because once again, THEY DIDNT DO IT!

  • @wiIsondyIanmccartney They plead guilty after 18 yrs in prison. Longest I done was 13 mo. for Possession.I would have plead guilty to being HITLER if it'd got me home to my Girlfriend and guitar. Not to mention Damien Echols was on death row with a clock ticking.Jessie Baldwin didn't want to plead out but he did so to save his friend and is a Hero for doing so.Do you think if there was even a chance they were guilty of this awful crime, they'd be out?Think before you type, lest ur just a troll

  • "case number - 93050...666"!!!!!!! omg they did worship the devil!!!

  • though i dont have all the facts, i am decent at reading people. watch his posture. He has his arms crossed leaning back (which is a sign of defense, or resistance) until 3:17, when the detective tells him new evidence and information has surfaced in the case, he IMMEDIATELY leans for word clasping his hands and thro out the rest of the questioning he fidgets with his hands (which is a sign of anxiety, indicates stress.) Anyways that my two cents. I can honestly say tho, he seem dishonest.

  • There is a great article which states that it has been confirmed that Terry Hobbs DID NOT go to work at the ice cream company on the day of the murders. It won't let me post the link but check out "The Commercial Appeal", article is dated 8/28/11.

  • sometimes when i get nervous i stick my hands under my arms and then i smell them like that

  • @pfcpaine That blood ritual was a beautiful homage to the dark gods..Im sure it was a crazy ass ritual that got out of hand..It sounds like a demon posessed them or one of them in the middle of that beautiful blood ritual !!

HAIL BAPHOMET !!! HAIL BAAL !!! OCCULTISTS EVERYWHERE REMEMBER ROBIN HOOD HILLS THIS SAMHAIN !!! LUCIFER RIZING 666 999 777 !!

  • @BaphometRizing666 stupid.

  • @BaphometRizing666 you are a sick sad young man and Damian Ecols would have nothing to do with you.

  • @BaphometRizing666 Yes they`re guilty from what i have gathered!

  • @wiIsondyIanmccartney what have u gatherd

  • i know this is prejudice and immature but everyone says that damien and jason looked like murderers.... well im afraid i have to disagree, they look like metalhead teenagers. THIS GUY looks like a fucking murderer.

  • @APBGrrl you're actually thinking of John Mark Byers...and the crime ruled it undetermined BUT in Paradise Lost 2 Byers does state that she was murdered.

  • THIS MAN IS A GENIUS TO DO THAT CRIME AND WALK AWAY.....................I THINK HE MAY BE JESUS CHRIST

  • subtitles would of been nice...

  • Didnt his wife die and somewhere (an interview perhaps) he claimed she was "murdered"? I always thought it was Byers until I started hearing more and more about Hobbs... I believe Hobbs did it along side with the man they found in the women's bathroom covered in blood/mud at the Bojangles where the police had somehow LOST all of that evidence!!!

  • p.s.. He's Guilty.

  • This man disgusts me

  • I was once a follower of all the people screaming innocent innocent. Free the WM3... but I have been looking at the court documents, police interviews, arrest records, hospital records, polygraphs. And I am starting to think that they were indeed guilty. Damien is the type of person with his IQ to be a sociopath, plus the fact that he was manic depressive and a diagnosed schizophrenic

I`ve been reading a lot of unbiased information. I no longer think they`re innocent.

  • @perIjamtec Real brainy aren't ya..THE COURTS SET THEM FREE moron..lol ! Oh but YOU think they are guilty...stfu stupid.

  • @perIjamtec Damien was never diagnosed as a schizophrenic or manic depression. One and only ONE psychologist recommended that diagnosis. The other psychiatrists and psychologists only evaluated him as having severe depression and post traumatic stress disorder.

  • @perIjamtec clearly you didnt listen to any of the evidence available today. Watch WM3 Time for truth, on youtube, and pay attention. DOnt be ignant. lol

  • @perIjamtec I agree, once you have taken the time to read it all, Echols killed these 3 children. Drugs or alcohol weve prob involved. He is sick and should be executed. Go ahead and have the 3 morons from la join him.

  • @joemcpa YOU'RE A MORON........THEY ARE FREE....haven't ya heard and INNOCENT TOO !

  • @joemcpa What evidence did they have against them that makes you think that they did it . The bite mark on Hobb's stepson did not match the 3 and the hair on the shoes matched Hobbs . Confession by a borderline mentally retarded kid (that he later recanted )hardly counts for anything.

  • @perIjamtec any chance you wanna share or cite your sources? out of curiosity, i like to do my own legwork (although i have to point out that having a high IQ and being a manic depressive does not make you a killer or any more prone to any such violent act...i'd no doubt be depressed too if i was on death row)

  • @camerabbit ahaha

  • @camerabbit Lol please tell me you're being sarcastic

  • Did some fag seriously just say the WM3 confessed to the killings? Wow, someone needs to do their home work.

  • remember the police are not your friend . :)

  • This type of thing happen to black men every second but you know what this type of case should make everyone understand that just because the media says someone is guilty or portrays a negative image of someone does not mean they are guilty of such crimes!!

  • @quenchick And A LOT of the time they ARE guilty of it. Looked at the crime stats lately?

  • @quenchick WELL they ACTUALLY SAW a black man in Mr Bojangles with mud and blood all over him. What they didn't know was that a black man was hit trying to cross the road and went to the ladies room to clean up. It is in the court trans. I don't think he had ANYTHING to do with the murders. Nobody listens to FACTS just what they want to believe. If they studied they would know this. geeze

  • @7pretty7 So he was hit by a car and bleeding profusely but refused any help ? I've heard of bank robbers being shot and traveling miles away to seek medical attention , but I've never heard of a person being that injured and refusing help for no reason at all . A hair that belonged to an African was found on one of the victims. During those days it would be easy to plan something like this and shoot the black man after leaving it to look like a murder / suicide. Running from the person or ....

  • @7pretty7 Another possible answer is he had been shot in an effort for it to look like he had killed the kids and being injured and scared he ran out in front of a car and was struck. In that instance I can see him not going to a hospital. I'm not blaming the black man here . He could have been involved or the ppl that were could have lowered him along to use as a scape goat . remember he was called the black bum and who would miss him ?

  • why didnt they have one these recordings going when jesse was in the room i mean he is a minor?

  • @MellyCupcakexx They only taped 45 minutes of it. The entire thing stunk from the very beginning, it should have never even been brought to trial because of it.

  • I don’t like that part of the Deal was that D J & J can not file a lawsuit against the State of Arkansas. i knew that just had to be stuffed in there some where and surenuff! The State owes them a lot more than just freedom, they owe them the whole damend State!

  • It was either Terry Hobbs and his friend or "Mr. Bojangles" the black guy who was at Bojangles restaurant who was covered in mud and blood that the police lost the blood scrapings for. They found a hair mathing that of an African American man on one of the boys along with Terry Hobbs and his best friends. So it was one of them, and whats sad is they will forever remain free.

  • i wonder if the WMPD interviews with the west memphis three way back in '93 were this polite and respectful, expressing appreciation and assuring that it's okay if you don't know or can't remember exact details, etc. "when you don't know, you don't know" and so forth. i've just begun researching this case the past few days, and how the wm3 were coerced and intimidated etc. into giving false confessions. i'm assuming the interviewers weren't this polite ha.

  • He was the last to see them alive, and he lied about it. His nieghbor testified that.

  • He had the MOTIVE and the MEANS:

PROBABLY NOT THE 1ST TIME THESE BOYS HAD COME IN CONTACT WITH MR BoJANGLES IN THE WOODS (Possibly made a game out of teasing this old guy),BUT THIS TIME HE HAD TAKEN ENOUGH! Terry Hobbs is too stupid to pull this off and IF they had Evidence, he'd be in jail!(Yes the D.A. would have to admit he was wrong about the 3 to get Terry)

  • After a long review of the FACTS, this is what I think happened: Those little boys were riding around on their bikes and somewhere out in the woods they ran into that Mr Bojangles ?homeless?guy. They picked at him, they made fun of him and he lashed out to smack one of them and hit him TOO hard, killing him. Then that man killed the other two for what they saw him do.Heres the statement from the FBI Profiler about the Killer:"that of a single person who set out to taunt and 'punish' the victims".

  • @HerbWalker : Facts show one boy was bitten on the forehead, THAT shows RAGE, someone was PISSED and wanted to do ALOT more than to the others. This child was probably the one that made fun of the guy. This Mr Bojangle?Homeless?guy WAS seen in a public bathroom with blood on him and had deficated on himself, after he realized what he had done that he messed on himself?? This was murder by the homeless guy and it was from RAGE......

  • case number ends in 666? jesus.

  • @tigerweiser The Case Number did not really end in 666 do your Homework, read Devil’s Knot if you haven’t read it already. That’s just a number is right up there with Gary Gitchell’s scale of from 1 to 11…. I’d like to see him locked up for this crime using his own scale of Guilt.

  • Body language clearly shows a defensive, crossed arms posture.

  • I mean they found his DNA on the shoelace of one of the victims and DNA on the tree stump of his friend who I bet covered it up. Still the prosecution has their head up so far up it ass. They will never admit to their mistakes and that's why the plea deal. They would never win a conviction at retrial with the lack of evidence and the DNA evidence. That deal was to save their ass when eventually the 3 sue their asses and the state for a wrong conviction when it eventually occurs.

  • @redmustang03 Do you think one of your children would have one of YOUR hairs on them?? I think so

  • @HerbWalker, but not when its one the rope of one of the victim's. Another piece of hair was one of Hobb's friend was found on the tree stump.

  • @HerbWalker yes, but the hair was founf on the rope that they were tied up in... and it was found IN the knot... meaning it got there while being tied

  • seems a little nervous and unsure for an innocent man.

  • FREE THE 3 HAIL SATAN

  • There's the killer! right there! go get him..........!

  • @siveeert You can’t say that, that’s the same kind of thinking that put D J & J in jail. We all need to be very careful who we think and say in public regarding who did it. Although I tend to agree with ya on this one. Had it not been for JMB WM3 Board jam packed full of data, I’d had never thought that one of the other parent’s could be guilty. With all the information posted there it’s food for thought and that is for sure.

  • @Dfuller4555

Who cares about that now, finally - justice for all.

  • @siveeert There is no justice! What the hell are you talking about? They may not be in prison any longer but there hasn't been any REAL justice for them or the boys!

  • @iEatBoneDust

Off course it hasn't been, but I'm so tired of discussing this case, and its been a really important case for me for about three years or something, since I saw the first Paradise Lost documentary. I'm from Norway and this is a really unknown crime case for many people here, so I have to tell the whole story to all of my friends all the time, and tell my side of the story again and again. But I'm just glad theyre free now.

  • @iEatBoneDust

And I see that justice for all was completely wrong to say, but I'm just so happy that the court finally realized that they didn't have enough evidence to keep them behind bars anymore, even though it took 18 years.

  • @siveeert Actually, the court didn't realize it. They did an "Alford plea" which means no contest, not guilty or guilty but saying that the court has enough to try them. They can still maintain their innocence but the courts did NOT let them off the hook and that is fucked up! I know they wanted to get the hell out of there but I just wish they could have waited a little longer..but I completely understand why they didn't. Actually, Jason didn't want to accept this deal but did it for Damien...

  • @iEatBoneDust because Damien had it worse than Jason or Jesse being on Death Row. I am happy they are finally free, I've been praying for them all for since I was 13 years old! But there was no justice in this case, at all. Justice will be served when the courts come out and say they are innocent and when they either try Hobbs or find Mr. Bojangles, which will never happen.

  • @iEatBoneDust I will say this though, there were 3 boys, just having 1 perp is less than likely so I doubt it's this homeless black bum. It was said that he had a cut on his arm and this is probably where all the blood came from, he was defecating on himself and therefor highly unlikely that he was capable of restraining 3 boys, hogtying, and then killing them. In my view, it had to be more than one perp and that leaves Terry Hobbs and the friend or people we have no idea of yet.

  • @iEatBoneDust Then again, they did find a hair belonging to a black male at the crime scene......this is a very complicated case but one thing's for sure, DAMIEN, JASON AND JESSE ARE INNOCENT! PERIOD!

  • @iEatBoneDust And I would like to ask all of these bible-thumping Bush loving war mongers WHY you think these men are guilty? PLEASE give me facts, not rhetoric. And by the way, I have conservative views but damn people, you guys turn lots of intelligent people off with your kind of talk. It's pretty damn ridiculous that JUST BECAUSE an artist that you don't like it supporting these kids, they MUST be guilty. Do you realize how DUMB that sounds???

  • @iEatBoneDust Thats a lie they found his hair!

  • @quenchick A lie? They found his AND a black male's hair. I didn't "lie", I just didn't include it by mistake, calm down.

  • @iEatBoneDust That would not have satisfied the public to say its a black man oh but he's a homeless man everybody know that that is bs when all else fails blame it on the black man!!!!!

  • @quenchick When all else fails blame it on the black man? That may have been true at one point in history, in some areas, but have you looked around lately? Seems like the courts do whatever they can to AVOID blaming anything on a black man.....

  • this guy deserves the death penalty. crucifixion style

  • Wow this guy is so smart “he doesn’t even know the name of the street his wife works on” or what time she gets off work. And why didn’t he call his wife at work earlier in the evening to tell her that Stevie was not home yet? I’d of wanted to know right away if my kid was not at home and last seen with the 2 other boys who’s parents had called the "police because their boys were not home yet". Now what was he doing all that time? Yeah out looking in the Woods - ? You sure bout that ?

  • @Dfuller4555 when trying to stay calm such as this sociopath and keep track of one lie after another, it may be difficult to keep tracks of even SIMPLE truths.

  • Ever driven (That I have owned)**

  • BULLSHIT!! He doesn't remember what kind of car he was driving?!! I remember EVERY car I have EVER driven... That's BULLSHIT!! I hope this sick-o gets what he deserves! FREE THE WM3!!!!!!!!!

  • Wait a sec, so it wasn't the weird step father on all sorts of psychiatric meds? What was his name again?

  • he one sick baster, terry hobbs is going down for murder ,and hell coming with it ,

  • If I remember correctly, according to Pam Hobb's sister, Terry was doing some extreme laundering of clothing, sheets, linens and curtains the day after the murders. Something she thought was unusual and somewhat out of character with Terry.

  • @77777johnnybravo With the MOUNTAIN of evidence in this case that points ONLY to the wm3 (including CONFESSIONS and failed polygraphs) you supporters are going after a man based on a single hair which was found on a boy that played in his house and in a shoelace that probably came from Steve Branch. Misskelley confessed that they removed the shoelaces from the shoes all at once and then used them indiscriminately to tie up the victims.

    FUCK THE WM3!

  • @iamIegion - What "MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE" are you referring to? The coerced confessions (leading cause of wrongful convictions in Tenn)- are the fact that they wore SPOOKY CLOTHES? You're probably right- the fact that Hobbs' DNA was found on the scene- and the fact that he has had a long history of domestic abuse- and the fact that a number of witnesses place HIM with the victims on the morning of the killings- yeah, I agree. I mean- those Goth Freaks listened to METAL- they MUST have done it!

  • @dukeofuke the wm 3 GUILTY

  • @iamIegion Jessie said “they were tied up with “brown rope” where are you coming up with the shoe lace story that Jessie supposed to have said?

  • @Dfuller4555 Jesse "corrected" himself after the cops told him that he was "confused".

  • @jessicaterry83: Don't forget, they also later found that Jessie was very prone to coercion, even getting him to admit to committing a robbery that they had completely fabricated.

  • @jessicaterry83 jesse said the boys were choked this was false, jesse said they cut off the kids penis it was snapping turtles even a surgeon said he couldnt cut the boy the way he was cut

  • @iamIegion Jessie said “they were tied up with “brown rope” where are you coming up with the shoe lace story that Jessie was supposed to have said?

  • With Terry Hobbs you have an individual with a documented past history of

    violence.

Repeated beatings of his wife, children, breaking and entering with attempted rape of Mildred French and the shooting of his brother-in-law Jackie Hicks,jr which resulted in the latter's death. Considering the link of Terry Hobb's hair strands with the ligature used to tie-up Michael Moore is a viable cause of concern.

Also, Terry Hobb's father operated a butcher shop/slaughterhouse and employed Terry there.

  • @77777johnnybravo The shoelace that tied up Michael Moore more than likely belonged to Steve Branch because the evidence showed that the shoes were delaced and then the strings used indiscriminately to tie up the boys. Even if it was Moore's shoelace - they played together in each others houses. Hobbs did not have motive & he did not have the time to do this. He denies involvement. ALL 3 have confessed. Supporters went after Byers. Now its HOBBS. Next up, MR BOJANGLES. Good luck idiots.

  • A new trial will probably be the biggest media event since the OJ Simpson trial.

They will have to try and regather the participants from the 1st trial and that will probably be unlikely. I do hope that the presiding judge will allow cameras in the courtroom. It does help to keep everyone a little more honest.

  • @77777johnnybravo I got news for you, dumbass. There will not be a NEW TRIAL for any of these 3. EVER! Come the fuck down from cloud cuckoo land and stop worrying about 3 killers who all confessed to their crimes. The hearing will come in December and judge Laser will not grant a retrial based on the so-called evidence being presented by the defense. Its all bullshit. WAKEUP!

  • @the3rdconfession

There will be a new trial. Be sure to wear your prettiest dress to the courtroom.

  • @77777johnnybravo

2 juries, 24 people total, sat, intently listening to the testimony & carefully weighing the evidence. They weren't sidetracked by conspiracy theories that would make even Oliver Stone blush.

I have studied most of this evidence and I know this case. I know without a doubt that the evidence was sufficient to convict these 3. The State Supreme court, on appeal, looked at the same evidence and agreed with the verdicts.

The hearing in December will end the same. Want to bet?

  • @77777johnnybravo

Now you may want to believe you are smarter than the jury who heard every word of testimony and reviewed every piece of evidence, and in the end every single one of them voted to convict. And you may want to believe that you are smarter than the justices who sit on the highest court in the state, but that doesn't make it so.

You have been had, hoodwinked and duped by Lorri Davis and her FREE THE WM3 celebrity machine. You are PARADISE LOST and tied up in a DEVIL'S KNOT!

  • @the3rdconfession

I don't believe I have been hoodwinked. I researched the case before I was even aware of the 'Free the West Memphis Three Movement". I am not impressed with several of the celebrities that have attached themselves to the group. From the information I was able to gather

looking from both sides, the defendants have a meritorious right to a new trial. One major key reason was the jury misconduct involving the foreman contacting his attorney about their deliberations.

  • @the3rdconfession,

The jury foreman conferring with anyone outside of the jury box or judge, regarding the case is a serious violation and potentially grounds for a mistrial. There are rules of the court that must be followed.

  • @77777johnnybravo the only relevant fact to this case is they were found guilty & in all this time no judge or court has overturned the verdict nor has any evidence been presented that is strong enough to change anything. The defense is, once again, grasping at straws to attempt to free 3 child killers. You can cry misconduct all day long to me. I don't care because I know these three killers are where they belong and where they will stay. Judge Laser will not grant a retrial. This is the end.
