  • you could make gravy with the giblets

  • That's a strange contraption, not a grill.

  • Betty, nice job in the video. Why are you counting calories...seriously. Rick that chicken turnd out very nice and the vidoe was very helpful but more info would be good too. Basting? How often? Temp settings? I see you used foil? By the way, my wife loves your kitchen. Thanks again folks.

  • @101Traveler1 I like to stay slim, so I do try to watch my calories. Rick basted the chicken every 5 minutes or so. Thanks for your lovely comment!

  • This is so helpful!! I wanted to make the engagement chicken recipe -- we're already engaged, so I'm just trying to speed things up :) -- but was completely intimidated by the directions "remove the giblets from the inside of the chicken" and "clean the chicken". Now, I'm going to go full force!! Thank you so much, Betty and Rick!!

  • @cardiganmimi You are very welcome! Thanks for your sweet comment, and good luck with your dinner!

  • I have grill envy! lol

  • @KissHope We love grilling. We haven't shown the rotisserie much, but it is always fun to do a meal like that!

  • @bettyskitchen

The only thing not good on a grill is a donut. Have you ever done pizza on the grill Betty? I really like it but it is pizza afterall so what's not to like. Thankfully when I move late fall this year I will be living in a house and it's grill time even in winter. ha ha ha

  • @KissHope I have never thought of having pizza on the grill, but I'm sure that would be good! I'm sure you're looking forward to having a grill after you move!

  • I LOVE SHIRT!

  • Thank you very much. This was very entertaining and informative. Its the night before Thanksgiving and I'm looking for something to contribute to a collective dinner feast and this is the perfect recipe. And it only takes a few hours, whereas a turkey can take the whole day. Thanks Again.

  • Can you use small pieces of chicken? and can we bake it?

  • @Rachelbattleleafz Yes, you can use small pieces of chicken, and you can bake it.

  • I was thinking maybe once you could show your kids and maybe make like cookies or something,Course it depends on their age,but it's your decision.
