Thus now tuition in California has risen by 40% since he has taken office. Imho, Article 2 is no longer valid because of Article 14. Or at least that's a case someone could make in front of the Supreme Court of the US. And he/she would probably win that case. Because Article 14 grants equal rights to every citizen of the US. And equal rights would have to include the right to run for office of the PotUS.
