"Late one (Saturday obviously) night I was channel surfing. I was tired, it was late and I stopped on a random channel. It was a commercial break, and this was before digital TV so there was no info button to press and summon info on what I would be watching. My GF at the time was asleep. She was nestled comfortably and peacefully in my arms. The host said “Ladies and Gentlemen Tom Petty….” What I heard next was (is) one of the defining moments in my life…"

@jaretbb126 WoW!! Thank you! I'm honored that you shared that story with me! I've had a few defining moments myself because of Tom. One day, back in late '93, as I and my little stepbrother were driving to work, with no intro from the DJ, Mary Jane's Last Dance came on. Of course, the crunch of the guitar grabbed me right away, and then, Tom started singing. Already being a giant fan, I start getting excited and said,"Hey COOL!! That's Tom Petty!!!" CONTINUED----

@jaretbb126 You are very welcome!  Yes, this is a rare one. I videotaped it way back when so, that's why the poor quality. Still watchable though. In case you didn't know, the drummer is Curt Bisquera. He did most of the drumming on the She's the One record.
